Chapter Three

Gun POV

"You!" our professor pointed me "Stannap" I just look at the professor.

"He said, stand up" the boy beside
me, whispered.

"Introduce yourself" the professor exclaimed.

I sigh "My name is Gun," I said in front of the class. "Please teach me well," I said inactive

"That's it?" the professor asked like he not contented with what just he has heard

"I've no more to say, sir" I replied then I went back to my seat

"Nonsense," the professor said angrily

I didn't expect that this day is gonna be great. It's just my first day someone tripped me. And besides that my professor doesn't like me, maybe?

"Hi" I turned around to see who's greeted me. "I'm Singto" he offered his hand

"I'm Gun" we shook our hands

"I know, we're classmates" he smiles cutely not in a girlish way "Have you eaten? If you don't, you can join us"

"Sure" I smile forcefully

"Let's sit here" I pointed to the table "you can order first I'll wait for the others"

I just nodded for a response then I go straight to the line. I got some food then I put it on my tray, I come over to the cashier lady.

"250 baths," the cashier lady said while she's clicking on her cash machine. I gave my money to her. "what's that?

"Payment" I reply simply

"We didn't accept cash here. You haven't attended the orientation, are you?" I'm surprised when she started to grumped

"Miss I'll pay," someone behind me said. His voice is so familiar then he reached the card on the cashier lady  "then count mine as well" he added. I turned to him "return it when you're finished. That's our table" he pointed where Tay and Krist seated

I sigh. I think I don't have a choice I don't want this cashier lady to get grumpy again. When I get the card I lift and carry my tray then walk where Mr. Sausage is seated.

"Thanks" I put the card on the table. "I'll pay you later--" I didn't finish what I'm saying when Mr. Sausage slammed the bottom of the tray upward. So all of the foods launched at me.

And then I heard the students laughing, screaming, and whispering around me. I don't know what I'll do, I just close my eyes tightly and held my anger.

Off POV

To all what I did, I'm more irritated. He didn't react. Shorty's face didn't change at all since he entered the canteen. He had only one reaction on his fucking face, blank. Blunted affect.

Is he insane?

"What did you do Ai'Off?!"  Tay exclaimed

"Just shut up and let's go" I smirked and I stood then walked away as nothing happened. My friends follow me bewildered. I gave shorty a sarcastic smile then I passed him.

"let's wait for Tay" Krist told me

I angrily turned him, I didn't expect he will go straight to shorty "tsk! Your friend is a superhero huh" I sarcastically told Krist

"You're insane, you make the boy embarrassed," Krist said while laughing

I just shrugged "He messed with the wrong guy, man! That's his karma" I smiled again then I felt anger when I saw Tay still on shorty "Let's go, Tay Tawan!"

I look again at shorty. I blurted laughing but the annoyed and angry feeling is still on my face and in my mind. He still looking at me angrily
