Okay so let me explain. There are multiple realities in which Arisu exists. In ours she's the Hokage and Sasuke went rogue. The masked version of Sasuke is from a different reality where somehow....Arisu is dead and he never went rogue. Think of him as a darker Charasuke.
What I let you guys know know so far is:
-in his world Arisu is dead
-their version of Danzo probably is the reason Arisu died
-Arisu's eyes were stolen. That means that this version of her also has the sharingan.
-both Sasukes shouldn't exist in the same world.
