Tuvok would admire your expertise, work ethic and your critical thinking. He'd often compliment your reports, saying how competent and well-written they were
You two would work together on away missions or on projects onboard. You would do your best to make small-talk when working with him, though Vulcans aren't great at their small-talk. He'd give you short answers for a while, but eventually he'd start to talk to you more and give you more thorough and thoughtful answers and responses
You would enjoy his company. He was always blunt and honest, always giving you his opinion and thoughts on problems and questions you may have. You'd also enjoy not having any emotional drama with him – no misunderstandings of tone or small arguments after a stressful day
It would take some time for him to realize his feelings for you are more than just admiration. He would first be confused as to why you were always on his mind and why thoughts of you were disrupting his routines. He would push the thoughts away best he could, and in doing so, pushing his feelings for you down
He'd eventually talk to Janeway about it, since she's his closest friend onboard. She would be very supportive and tell him flat out that he has romantic feelings for you
After much thought, Tuvok would talk to you in private and admit how he feels. He'd tell you that if you did not reciprocate his feelings it would not affect how you two work together because he can compartmentalize very well
You two would first date in secret, trying to figure out how a relationship between a human and a Vulcan would work. You'd visit each other's quarters often, having meals together and talking about your days
You would probably be on the asexual spectrum and you'd be completely fine with Vulcans only mating once every seven years
Tuvok would show very little PDA. In fact, the only times he would show his affection for you would be when you're in danger. He would do everything he could to protect you and get you back to safety, checking you over several times once the danger has passed
You two would spend many evenings in his quarters, quietly sitting or lying with one another and just talking about whatever came to mind
When you're stressed, Tuvok would help you with some mental practises and possibly even mind-melds depending on what was bothering you. He would always be there to offer advice and help you through whatever you were going through. He would be the most supportive partner ever, always encouraging you and getting you to become a better version of you
