Three moons later, the empress was completely healed from the hybrid near- death infection. She had kept her word with the sorceress, who had moved in with Magellan in vampiric bliss. The only condition was to visit every few moons for pixie brew. Daniel went back home. As the dragon's oath specified, Lilithe has moved in with him.
The young dragon effected him; her presence and friendship seemed to lift the cloud of grief he'd been in since Zeta's passing months ago. Ralvania was happy for them. He found a way to care about another, again.
As for herself, the empress had her own new friend. Trinity had started to visit on days off. She didn't replace Amberosia; but more filling the gap the empress had left behind.
