Day off

Cole PoV

I woke up to the sound of music.
When I turned I saw Lili wasn't besides me, and I immediately knew where the music is coming from.

I got up, only in my boxers and went to the kitchen. I saw Lili dancing to Sucker and making breakfast.

I hugged her from behind and kissed her neck.

She was wearing my T-shirt and her underwear.

" morning" I said.
" good morning baby" she said and tilted her head to kiss me.
It was a soft kiss.

" you are cheery" I said resting my head on her shoulder.

" yeah, just feeling good" she said.
" well then I am happy for you" I said and kissed her cheeks.

Perfect by Ed Sheeran started to play and I spun her around.

We started "ballroom" dancing and singing the lyrics to the song.
As the song got over she stopped.

" look at us, slow dancing in the kitchen" Lili said giggling and I kissed her nose.
" I'll go and put on my shorts"  she said and went inside.
"I'll cut the fruits" I replied.
I was cutting the fruits and I accidentally dropped the knife on my toe.
" OWW" I kind of yelled and jumped from the pain.
" what happened?!!" Lili said rushing into the kitchen.
" nothing" I said grunting.
" NOTHING?!!!" She said yelling.
" it's nothing" I said scrunching my nose looking at the amount of blood that was flowing from my toe.
" just shut up" she said bending down and picking up the knife.
" come with me" she said pulling me to the bathroom.
" okay" I said, limping and going with her to the bathroom.
" put this under water" she said putting the tap on and went to our room to get the first aid kit.
After washing the wound, I sat on the bed and put my leg up for her to do the dressing around the wound.
" this is going to hurt a little bit okay" she said and put on a antiseptic that burnt like hell.
" OWWW" I screamed.
" that's it" she said and wrapped a bandage around it.
" we have to go to the doctor, it's a deep cut" she said.
" please tell me you have your tetanus shots" she said and I shook my head no.
" oh god" she said " put on your T-shirt and pants." 
I did as she said.
She helped me walk till the door and drove us to the hospital.

" My boyfriend right here needs a tetanus shot and bandaging on a wound caused by a knife on his toe" she said to the receptionist.
" okay" the woman said and someone helped me till the room.

" Mr. Sprouse how did this happen" The doctor asked as I was sitting on the hospital bed  waiting for the dressing to be done on my toe.
" I accidentally dropped the knife on my toe" I said.
" please be careful" the nurse said and I nodded.
" looking at the cut, it's deep, but stitches won't be required. I'll do the dressing and give you a tetanus shot" the doctor said.
" Mr. Sprouse you have to fill these forms before we do anything." The nurse said.
" I'll fill them, please do the dressing" Lili said concerned.
" does she have you consent Mr. Sprouse?" The nurse asked.
" yes she does" I said and smiled at her.
" Ms. Reinhart you will have to come with me to make the payments and fill the form outside." The nurse said.
" I'll be right back" she said and kissed my cheek.

As she entered the room, it was the moment I was dreading the most, the tetanus shot.
" can't we just avoid this" I said to the doctor.
" I am afraid we can't" The doctor said chuckling.
" oh god" I said. 
" it's ok I'm here with you" Lili said and intertwined our hands.
I gave her a weak smile.
" okay 1...2... and 3" the doctor said and I squeezed Lili's hand and my eyes really tight.
" it's okay" she said trying to comfort me.
" and it's done" the doctor said.
" see, it didn't even hurt" Lili said.
" yeah" I said relieved and the doctor was laughing.
" oh Mr. Sprouse, you are like a baby" he said chuckling and Lili started giggling.
" you will feel sleepy after this and avoid as much as you have to walk just for today." He said.
" thank you doctor" Lili said and he gave her a smile.
" let's go" she said.

We drove back to our place and I was already going into a sleep.

Lili PoV

As I parked the car in the garage, I saw Cole had already fallen asleep.
I obviously couldn't carry him, so I had no choice but to wake him up.

" wake up" I said close to his his ear and he groaned.
I helped him stand up, and helped him walk till our room.
He got tucked in the bed and fell asleep immediately.

Time Skip

" Lils"
I heard soft groaning coming from the room, I New I side assuming Cole  woke up.

" heyy handsome" I said, seeing he woke up.
" hi " he replied rubbing his eyes.
" how are you feeling" I asked sitting on the bed.
He immediately put his head on my lap and I intertwined my hands with his soft black curls.
" better" he said.
" do you want to eat something" I asked.
" Yes please" he said making me chuckle.
" I'll be back in a minute" I said and softly lifted his head up from my lap standing up.
I got the lunch that I had made and gave it to him.
I walked inside the room and saw he had fully woken up now, scrolling through his phone.
" here you go" I said handing him the bowl and he put his phone down.
" thank you" he said and softly kissed me.
I got inside the covers with him and snuggled him.
" please don't tell anyone I am scared of needles" he said making me laugh.
" I promise I won't" I said laughing.
" there's nothing to laugh about" he said making me laugh even more.
" I'm sorry" I said still laughing.
He cuddled me even closer to his chest and put on a movie on Netflix.

We spent the whole day snuggled up in bed and enjoying each other's presence.
