"Next!" I yelled as the group in front of me leaves the small stage. I sigh, leaning against my chair and crossing off their name.
"Why haven't we found anyone?" I groan as I rub my temples, feeling a headache coming in. Marisol rubs her hand on my arm, sighing next to me also.
"I know and it's Friday, we should've found someone by now." She says next to me and our friends mumble their agreements, also tired and stressed out by seeing all the auditions.
"Last one and I swear we are done," I say to them and they looked at me, pleading slightly to give a couple more chances to a few more groups.
"If these people don't impress us then we are finish, we'll try to win on our own." I say, my voice demanding that there was no fighting with me. They nodded and put their heads on the table, tired as they're eyes watch the next group come in.
"Show us what you got," I say and leaned against the table, my pen hovering over their group name so I can cross off.
There was four men and two girls in this group, they were the Legendary Stars. They got into position and one of the men, who I'm assuming is the leader, catches my eye as he crouches, his group follows.
He had brown eyes, a buzz cut and a sexy face with his cheekbones held up proudly, his jaw clenches as he looks toward the ground. He was built, muscles adoring his chest and arms and legs. He was hot and I can admit it.
They quickly started dancing along the music, making my friends raise their heads from the table as they danced. Yeah, they're making us interested in their dancing style.
"Wow," We all mumble in unison, impressed and star stricken by their performance after they finish dancing. They breathe heavily and look toward us for any say.
"Group meeting!" I say and grab my friends, tugging their shirts to me so we circled around each other.
"Que creen?" (What do you think?) I ask them and they give me giant grins.
"Tienen fuego, pasión, creatividad y son moderno. Ellos nos pueden ayudar y nosotros les enseñamos a bailar el tango." (They have fire, passion, creativity and they're modern. They can help us and we can show them how to dance tango.) Romeo says and I nod, agreeing with him.
"Si y miran, tienen dos chicas que pueden ser parejas con Diego y Romeo. Los chicos pueden ser nuestro parejas," (Yes and look, they have two girls that can be partners with Diego and Romeo. The boys can be our partners,) Bianca says and I bite my lip, looking over at the group on the stage and saw that she was right.
"Y podemos ganar con ellos, tenemos un mes para el primer baile." (And we can win with them, we have a month for the first dance.) Diego says and we nodded our heads in agreement. They look at me for approval and Alicia says.
"Que dices Demi?" (What do you say Demi?)
"Voy con ellos," (I'm going with them,) I say and they grin at me as I winked at them while we pulled away and looked toward the group.
"Congrats, you guys are in." I say and smiled widely as they're faces lit up and they screamed and hug each other.
"Auditions are over! Anyone else out here can leave, thank you for your efforts and patience!" Diego yells to the people in the waiting room.
Legendary Stars jump down from the stage as we picked up our stuff, setting them inside our bags and I smiled at the group that'll be with us for a few months.
"Hey guys, I'm Demi Lovato and I'm the leader of Disclosure Justice, I'm glad to say that we were all impressed by your dancing and efforts. We're also glad you'll be joining us." I say and smiled at them, the guy that I was observing earlier comes to me and offers me his hand, a smile playing on his lips.
"I'm Nick Jonas, leader of the Legendary Stars. I'm glad you picked us, we're ready to learn how to tango." He says and I grin at him, shaking his hand that felt so right in mine. After we shake hands, we slowly pulled our hands away.
My crew introduced themselves to Legendary Stars and they introduced themselves to us.
"I'm Cory," The guy that free style on the floor says, he had blonde hair and strong jawline, friendly brown eyes stare at us while he smiles widely at us.
"I'm Gavin," A guy a bit taller then him says, brown hair quirk up at the front and a happy glint in his brown eyes as he stands next to Nick. A goofy smile play on his lips, a gray beanie on his head.
"And I'm Drake," A dark skin guy says, giving us a toothy smile as he moves the SnapBack on his head so it was facing away, he was also built and I can tell he was a fun guy to be around with.
The girls then introduce themselves. "And I'm Winter, she's Mackenzie." A girl with brown hair says, pointing at the girl next to her who had a afro and was dark skin too. She grins and waves at us.
"Awesome, nice to meet you guys. Here's where you guys would have to go so we can start," I say and handed them each a piece of paper with the address of the ball room.
"We'll see you guys tomorrow," I say and waved at them, smiling as I grab my bag and slung it over my shoulder. My group follow me out of the building and once we were away from them, my group started talking quickly and happily.
"Dems, Nick is totally into you." Bianca says as she links her arm with mine, I roll my eyes as the girls agreed. Diego and Romeo were talking about the two girls from Legendary Stars while the girls talk with me.
"Yeah right, we just met each other." I say and my hand tightens the grip on the strap of my bag, Marisol walks in front of us while Alicia links her arm with my other arm. She walks backwards and waves her hands, smiling widely.
"Chica, he is in to you. He was looking at you while they danced, but have you seen Drake? Mhmm," She says and I laugh at her. I watch with amusement as my friends talk about Legendary Stars, gushing about the dancers who they think is hot.
These were times that I loved hanging out with them, talking and laughing together. I love them and I'll do anything for them.
Hey guys! Just a heads up, I don't know much about tango or hip hop, I just love the dances. I wish to learn someday but I know somewhat of it because of videos, movies and shows. I can't dance but my apologies if they seem well not really detailed through out the story.
As you can see, I'm crap at naming group crews and all that haha sorry I couldn't think of anything else xD
Anyways, credits go to all of the dancers from the videos I'll post soon with the chaps, they are amazing at what they do.
I feel like I'm honestly going to translate a lot of Spanish here, eh I love it xD
