"So... you're moving? To Canada. Today..." Henry asked sadly.
"Yeah. I am. But... maybe when I'm older I'll move back here!" I say trying to lighten up my best friend.
"Yeah. But we'll have to wait a long time.. we're only 9." He hangs his head to the side sadly.
"It's only for a bit... I think." I say with a frown.
"Yeah but I'll miss you, a lot." He said hugging me.
"I'll miss you too bestie." I say crying on his shoulder.
"Wait... Charlotte before you go I wanted you t-" he got interrupted.
"CHARLOTTE WERE WAITING FOR YOU!" My mom shouted from outside.
"I'm coming ma!!" I yelled back rolling my eyes.
"Well I guess this is goodbye." I say sadly.
He sighed and opened his mouth.
"I don't like goodbyes. Can it be a... see you later?" He shrugged his shoulders.
"Of course. See you later alligator." I hugged him for the last time.
"At awhile crocodile." He hugged me back.
I quickly kissed his cheek and left his front door.
Before I entered the car I waved to him for the last time.
