On the grind

In the monster dimension, everyone was hard at sparring and learning their new moves. Since they had that knowledge in them they have been going non-stop learning new things. Elysium thought that Mekuboto should get in on this so he was thinking of ice-based moves only she could use. Mekuboto learned how the gems in her gauntlets worked to perform various attacks after Elysium found out what the gems can do after he looked them up.

In order for Mekuboto to learn moves, she copies what Elysium says and does and she does it well enough.

Elysium: Ok Mekuboto, strike your hand to the ground.

Mekuboto struck the ground and some ice came from her gauntlets and it was going across the floor to the target, when it reached it ice shot up out of the ground and destroyed the target.

Nick: Ice Spire, nice.

Mekuboto made a ball made out of ice and threw it at the ice spire, the resulting impact shattered both the ball and the spire into bits of ice.

Elysium: Good job.

Cinde: Ready for another round Mekuboto?

Mekuboto: Yes...

Mekuboto took off her gauntlets and gave them to Elysium, he held onto them while Mekuboto and Cinde was doing some hand to hand combat to improve her overall combat advantage. Penny came to Elysium while he held the gauntlets on his back.

Penny: She is really giving it her all now.

Elysium: After we bonded, both of us have been training like crazy.

Penny: I have been seeing that recently, you two must be really going at it.

Elysium: Every night.

Penny: Easy Elysium, give her some breathing time.

Elysium: Don't worry, I do.

Penny: Good, ready to train?

Elysium: Sure.

Elysium still had the gauntlets on his back and was using his magic from all six orbs, he was mainly focusing on light and electricity moves to combat the Frankensteins that they were going to be facing. An hour later, Siri, Razor, Captain Harley, Kali and Nico came back from the Centaur Village. Everyone saw them and stopped sparring.

Captain Harley: We're back.

Nick: How was it?

Razor: They are still not budging.

Everyone sighs.

Days have gone by and each time a small team of different members of the team would head to the village and try to get them to help with the temple the scarred centaur is guarding.

Razor: They are too headstrong and stubborn to reason with.

Cinde: Did you guys send a message to Dragon Mountain about that?

Nick: Yesterday morning, the Dragon King took it to the council and he did not look happy.

Ash: That is not going to end well.

Captain Harley: Definitely not.

Nick: Think someone from the council is coming this way?

Razor: If so, who is the closest?

Captain Harley: Map please.

Nick throws his map and Captain Harley looks at it.

Captain Harley: Let me see...

Captain Harley works out the map and got who it is.

Captain Harley: Uh oh.
