"And above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don't believe in magic will never find it."

Bebe and I burst into the house, both of us out of breath. Charlie and Harry Clearwater are washing their fishing gear. Charlie spins. "Bella? Kara? What's wrong?" Charlie asks as he comes over to us in worry.

"They're not giant bears – we saw them. Up in a meadow..." Bebe gasps out.

"Damn it, I told you both not to go into the woods! Kara why didn't you stop her?" Charlie yells turning on me.

"Hey! Don't bring this on me! She's your daughter, you should trying monitoring her more," I said with an annoyed look.

"What did you see, Bella? Kara?" Harry asked us, a look in his eyes.

"Wolves. They're wolves, Dad." Bebe says and I note that Harry sighs ever-so-slightly. "Five of them. The size of - of cars. I swear. They went after -- something - and we ran." Bebe stated. Charlie grabs up the phone; as he dials.

"Harry, can you get some men from the rez?" Charlie questions.

"Sure. Yeah. I'll just..." Harry says but he seems more concerned than gung-ho as he slips out.

"Jerry? Put a hunting party together tranq guns, large calibre shotguns there's something dangerous out there." Charlie states. Bebe eyes start darting around the house, their vulnerability spinning in on her. As Charlie hangs up, goes to his gun cabinet.

"I've gotta go to the station." Charlie says.

"Good! -- That's good." Bebe says with anxiousness in her voice.

"You okay here? You want to come with?" Charlie says as he looks to both of us.

"Actually, I -- need to see a friend." Bebe answers. Charlie nods and leaves us both.

"Jacobs?" I ask and she nods before we wait for Charlie to leave and once, he has we both get out and jump into her truck. As we arrive to Jacob's home, I watch Bebe walk to the house with me behind her, she knocks on the door, and then knocks again. Finally, Billy answers.

"Hi, Billy. I know Jacob's sick but..." Bebe starts but is cut off by Billy.

"He's out with friends."

"Oh." Bebe says taken aback.

"I'll let him know you came by." Billy says as he starts to close the door, but Bella stops him.

"Wait -- he's got mono, right? That's what you told my dad." Bebe says with a look.

"You should go on home, Bella. You as well Kara," Billy said looking to us both. And just like that he closes the door. Bebe stares sadly but walks away with me holding her hand. Bebe and I climb into her truck, I sighed sadly as she slams the door, pissed. Starts the truck. Then turns it off. Deciding, she tosses the keys aside and sinks down into her seat to wait... Rain now pours down. I look up seeing Billy, inside, pulling the curtain back, looking out at Bebe and I with sympathy. Then closes the curtain.
