Life was a funny thing.
That was what seventeen-year-old witch Odette came to decide after waking up in a stranger's home with no recollection of who and where she was. Naturally, she was afraid out of her wits. However when the opportunity to go to Hogwarts arose, she took it. She had no idea what Hogwarts was aside from that it was a school for people like her, but she knew she could use that chance to find out who she was and where she came from.

Her interest, however, would soon be piqued by a Slytherin boy. Despite her new friends advising her to stay away, Odette can't help herself. She doesn't see an enemy, but a conflicted boy and she is determined to help him, even if it meant getting burned in the process.
