Child Solider

Hi everyone, same warnings as for basically everything I post, I don't own anything, please let me know if you have anything you want me to write, I'm open to ideas anyways pls enjoy!!

Third Person POV
Peter had accepted long ago that he was a child solider, his bright bubbly attitude just a mask on what he really feels, because he never had a proper childhood he learned quickly how to fake a smile, force a laugh but if anyone actually payed attention they would see through the facade but no one does, so he learned to suffer in silence to protect others, he's Spiderman because he can help people, it makes him feel like he actually makes an impact on the world.

Peter learned about reality the hard way, by losing everything he loves in the snap of a finger, so after he realised this Spiderman became silent, letting the broken solider within show it's self as he has nothing to look forward to now, the saddest part was no one seemed to notice, all the avengers went on with their lives not even sparing him a glance, he spent years learning how to survive on the streets even if all he wanted was someone to care, now 16 years old Peter Parker has grown, aged beyond his years, his eyes holding wisdom of someone who's seen it all in which he has but he shouldn't have to bear the weight he does, but that's all he's every known so he pushes through like he always has, he marches on like a solider because he is one

He is a child solider that never got the chance to enjoy childish ignorance, the joy of not knowing about the cruel harsh World, he was faced with that instantly scars all over his body leaving behind a mark that will never go away

The broken, bloodied, tortured boy is what he is now, sad that no one cares enough to realise his pain, the hurt that flashes through his eyes so fast that you can never be sure If you actually saw it, he was trained in the most painful way possible that now if he gets shot or stabbed he doesn't flinch, that's the worse part he doesn't flinch as he expects pain he'd so used to it that it has lost its effect

Slowly he's starting to lower his gaurd but is still very quiet, untrusting to the others a child solider at its finest, he never wanted his nights to be plagued by nightmares days ruled by ptsd struggling to keep his grasp on sanity

The Avengers notice Spidey coming less and less to the point that it's rare to see him running around the tower. Then it all changes after one horrific mission everything went to shit so they kept snapping at Spidey until Cap went a bit far "kid, why don't you go bother your parents" he snaps, although everyone freezes when they see the broken look in Spidey's eyes "yeah, I guess I should go visit their Graves haven't been there in a while" he croaks, voice breaking everything is silent, it's broken by Spidey swinging out a window and off into the world, leaving the rest to sit there regretfully not knowing what to do next

Bucky was just cruising the streets when he passes an alleyway that's when he sees the broken boy sitting on a cardboard box, lowly sniffling. Bucky hates that when he looks in the kids puppy dog eyes he sees himself, the broken man he became from his time in torture.

He just sits with the kid when it clicks in his mind that the bubbly kid they all see is a mask to cover what is actually a broken child having seen more than anyone should have to, you can see in his eyes the memories that haunt him. Bucky realises he is a child solider, force to grow up and never experience being a child

It makes him feel ashamed to know they all thought he was just being an angsty teen. It take months until the others catch on finally noticing how fake everything he does is like he has to be perfect.

This kid, a broken, tortured, beaten, traumatised, scarred soul is a child solider,

Slowly he starts to become closer to Bucky until it reaches the point that they can always be found together
Peter doesn't understand the feeling he gets when he is with Bucky, he thinks it's love but doesn't know for the fact he never felt this way before

Bucky hates the fact that he is in love with a kid but he can't help it, he reasons that he isn't much of a kid really

It takes months before either of them act on their feelings, it happens the day that they were sitting in Bucky's room watching a new movie that was just released (it's tonys tower so I recon they would be able to watch whatever)they are laying on the bed when the slowly inch closer to one another, soon they find themselves barely inches apart, then Bucky's lips are on Peters in a soft meaningful kiss, when they part Bucky looks in Peters eyes to see a glimmer of hope shining in them, he nods to the silent question as Peter claims his lips again in a longer in a loving kiss

When Peter pulls back he asks "what do we do now" Bucky smiles "do you want to start dating, it's when to people form an intimate relationship" Bucky asks aswell as answers the predicted question, Bucky can see Peters uncertainty but is pleasantly surprised when Peter launches him self into his arms.

A few months later the team go to find Peter & Bucky. They find them in the gym, with Bucky pushed against the wall with his lips connected to Peter's, what startles them more is the scars and branding on Peters back. That's when they realise he is a child solider, the slowly back away and out of the room. They don't say anything to either parties concerning what they saw.

Peter May be a child solider he may be lost cause but he has people to stand with him, he decides it's gonna be his mission to protect other kids from becoming the child solider he is.
