Ilang oras nalang matatapos na yung February 13!
And here I am in my room, waiting for Veo's message about his plan for tomorrow.
"Saan kaya kami magd-date?" I asked myself while staring at the ceiling.
*beep*
I grabbed my phone once I heard the alert tone.
I was expecting it to be Veo but, it's a message from Jennie.
"Hmm? Bakit kaya." I said and opened her message.

Hey Lice! Have plan for tomorrow?
Napangiti ako nang mabasa ko ang message niya but, nawala din agad when Veo's name appeared on my screen.
VEO Calling...
I answered the call and heard his deep voice.
"Hello wifey."
"Hi hubby. What's up?"
"Hmm. Wala lang. Na-miss lang kita." He answered.
"Talaga ba? Baka etchos lang yan huh? May ginawa kang kasalanan no?" Biro ko sa kaniya.
"Totoo po kaya, wifey."
"Hmmm. Ok, sabi mo eh."
"Nga pala, kaya ako tumawag sa'yo kasi.."
"Kasi?"
"Kasi mangungutang sana ako sa'yo."
"H-huh?"
"Hahahaha! Joke lang, wifey. What I want to say is, Let's date. Bukas."
"Akala ko pa naman mangungutang ka talaga, pauutangin sana kita. Sayang naman." Biro ko.
"Hahaha. Thanks, wifey. Per mas gusto kong um-oo ka sa invitation ko, kaysa pautangin mo ako." He said.
"Hmm. Let me think about it."
"Wifey namaaan." He whines.
"Hahaha. Joke lang hubby. Siyempre naman, I'll go with you tomorrow." Pag accept ko sa invitation niya.
"Thank you, wifey! Let's meet tomorrow. Sa may sky garden. 6pm."
"Ok, hubby. See you tomorrow."
"I'm so excited for tomorrow, wifey. I love you." I smiled at his sweetness.
"I love you too, hubby."
"Hmm. Sige wifey huh? End call ko na, huh? Balik na ko sa trabaho. I love you. Bye." Paalam niya.
"Ok hubby. Bye." I answered and ended the call and sat on my bed.
I stayed like that for a while nang maalala ko ang text sa akin ni Jennie ay agad akong nag-type ng message para sa kaniya.

I smiled bitterly upon reading her reply.
"Sabi ko naman kasi sa'yo Nini eh, wag ka na umasa. May Veo na siya." Sabi ko sa sarili ko.
Kahit anong pilit ko sa sarili ko na wag umiyak eh hindi ko napigilan ang pagtulo ng mga luha ko.
*knock knock*
I wiped my tears and composed myself before opening the door.
"Surprise!" My visitor said and hugged me immediately.
