"Malcolm! Hurry up and grab Jackson before he runs off again!" I yelled at Malcolm, who stuck his head out of the bathroom door with a toothbrush hanging out of his mouth.

"Why can't you do it?" He mumbled, with toothpaste and saliva coming out of his mouth.

I glared at him, pointing down towards my large, round belly. If it was two months ago, I would have been able to catch Jackson, but now, that is not an option.

"Oh yea..." he mumbled again, before finishing brushing his teeth, and running out the door after Jackson. Liliana sat in the corner of the room, playing with a few of the dolls she brought into our room. Even though she is our daughter, that peacefulness and calmness didn't come from either Malcolm and I, but our mothers combined. While she was the most gentle and quiet child we knew, Jackson was——

"Mommy, look what I found!" Jackson screamed excitingly, with Malcolm in tow.

If it's another frog, I swear—

"I found a snake!" Jackson stated, showing me the small snake in his hands.

A snake. Great.

"Umm... Jackson, I think you need to take it back outside..." Malcolm calmly said, noticing the tension in my body after seeing a snake in my son's hands.

"I will, daddy. I wanted to show Mommy first," he said, abruptly turning away from me and heading towards the door.

Malcolm stopped him and took the snake from his small hands, giving the tiny creature to a guard and telling him to take the creature outside. The guard nodded his head, and left, letting me relax a bit.

"I think it's bedtime," I said to both children, receiving sounds of disapproval from both of them equally.

Malcolm agreed, and led both children by a hand to their rooms.

I released a deep sigh, laying down on the bed. Two children is already hectic enough, and I'm about to have three...

I felt a dip in the bed, looking over to see Malcolm laying down next to me, his eyes as tired as mine.

"We get to relax now," Malcolm whispered to me, with a small smirk on his face.

"Finally," I said in reply.

"Which means I can have you all to myself," Malcolm said again, placing a kiss upon my forehead and pulling me towards him.

I snuggled into his embrace, wrapping my arms around him, and received a light chuckle from him.
