"i got to level 49 last night." michael beams, sitting down next to me on the couch in the lounge.
"cool." i shrug, squeezing my eyes shut and hugging my knees to my chest.
"are you okay luke?" michael says softly, placing a hand on my shoulder.
"no. im having headaches again." i mutter, squeezing my eyes shut tighter.
"do you want me to leave?" michael says quietly.
"no- please don't." i mumble, biting my bottom lip to fight back a few tears.
"okay- uh can i get you something?" michael says worriedly.
"no- just- can you hum quietly or something- i mean you dont have too.." i whine quietly.
"yeah- of course just take deep breaths, im here okay?" michael says softly, beginning to hum to the fault in our stars by troye sivan.
"thanks mikey." i say through deep breaths, leaning back on the couch.
