I walked along the street
Wishing for someone to notice me
Weaving between all the people
Rushing through the sidewalk
I tried to nudge people
Just to get their attention
But all they do
Is walk right on by
It's like I'm not even there
Like I'm not even real
I always had a feeling
But I tired to prove that it wasn't true
So far nothing worked
But maybe one day
In this large city
I will find someone
That will notice me
