Magnus walks into the training room and immediately notices alec shooting his bow. He turns and notices Magnus watching him.
"Hey." Magnus says, kissing him quickly on the lips.
"Hey."
"You training by yourself?"
"Yeah. Everyone else is busy."
"Oh."
"You want to train with me?"
"Really?"
"Don't think you could keep up, old man." Alec says, smirking.
"Don't get cocky, shadowhunter." Magnus says, snapping his fingers, changing from his highly fashionable outfit to an equally fashionable workout outfit. "Let's train." He says as alec throws him a staff.

They call it a draw and are standing close, their foreheads together, breathing heavily while looking deep into each others eyes.
"Wow." Izzy says from the door.
"What?" Alec asks as they both turn around.
"No wonder everyone considers you two the power couple of the shadow world."
"What?"
"Well, the head of the new york institute and the high warlock of brookyn, for one. For another, you two almost fight together better then parabatai."
"We fight so well because we know each other's bodies so well." Magnus answers.
Alec groans, burying his head in magnus's shoulder.
