"We never wanted all this..."

-----------------------------------------------------------

Raven Grey was not your typical teenage boy.

He was...different from the other boys...

He was not preppy, social, or sporty like most boys are nowadays.

He had pale skin and black hair. Some people said it's not his natural hair color and he dye it. But he claims it is. He had blue eyes.

They were the most emotionless blue eyes you ever seen...

He had black eyeliner underneath his eyes with black lipstick.

He wore a lot of dark clothing.

He hated sports. The only sport he was good at was track.

Since he has to run away from bullies...

His hobbies were drawing and painting. He had dreams of becoming an artist.

But...Everyone always shut down his ideals.

The colleges he applied for rejected him because they said his paintings were...

"A little creepy and hard to understand"

He begins to lose hope in life...

He always wonder where would he go after high school?

If no one even wants him...

Because he was different...?

Raven: Different?! Because of that?! Because I'm not normal!

To Raven, no one is normal. They just pretend to be. Well society is filled with a bunch of fakes who believe they know everything about you and try to get you to be like them...

Raven: Well fuck you society...

Raven was not going to fall a mindslave to society.

He wanted to be who he wanted to be.

That's what everyone needs to understand.

Espically his 'fake' mother...

Raven walked home since the school bus left him...again...

Raven: Welp. It's better than dealing with a bunch of posers, nazi cheerleaders, and lousy confirmists.

He got home and saw his mother cooking already.

She looks at him and give him a smile...

Just like her...The smile was fake.

Mother: Oh Josse! You're home!

Josse... Raven's real name...though he hates it.

Raven stared at her as she continues talking to him.

Mother: Josse dear! So glad you're home! I wanted to tell you that the neighbors had called and they wanted to come over. So can you be a dear and wear something presentable that's not...'weird'. I don't want them to think I'm raising a freak~!

Raven:.....(Bitch...)

Raven glared at her while walking upstairs to his room.

His mother didn't care about him...All she cared about was not wanting him to humiliate her in front of the neighborhood.

Because of what history taught us today...She was just one of those type of parents who either didn't understand or don't want to understand.

His dad was the only person who cared about him. He was the only one who understand him...

But ever since he died when Raven was twelve due to cancer.

His mother became an control freak.

It's always about what she wants.

He hated her very much.

Raven: (Selfish Whore. I wish Dad was still here. He wouldn't put up with her shit when she goes overboard.)

All Raven wanted to be alone...

He didn't need friends...

Why be friends with people who are fakes.

Fakes who only use you.

Fakes who make fun of you behind your back.

Judging you of your appearance, personality, etc.

They probably would even pay you to be their friend.

Seriously...Who needs people like that...

Raven: (I want everyone to leave me alone but the damn world can't take a hint.)

Raven sighs to himself before drawing a picture.

He made sure he did it carefully step by step.

Also making sure it looks realistic.

He was fond of the picture immediately as he stared at it in awe.

Raven: Such an majestic creature.

It was a picture of a beautiful crow.
