"Please." I plead Zeus silently. Mariin kong hinawakan ang matigas na niyang braso dahil sa galit.

He eased at that. Dahan dahang bumaba ang mga kanina'y nakalutang sa ere. Mariin siyang pumikit and he held my hands. Inilapag niya ang magkahawak naming kamay sa lamesa. Pakiramdam ko ay dapat akong kiligin but it's not the time for that.

"We talked about this, brother." He even emphasize the word brother.

"Zeus, calm down first. The lady's scared." Ani Lorcan.

"Oh come on!." Victor's exaggerated exclaim.

Zeus nodded at Lorcan but his eyes were not leaving Maximo. Ganuon din si Maximo sa kaniya.

"Are you gonna fail the prophecy for that damn affection, Maximilian?." Mapaglaro ang tono ni Maximo. And I hate that tone.

"If I failed the prophecy, the Agartha is destroyed as of this moment." Sagot naman pabalang ni Zeus.

Ganun ba yun? Kapag hindi nasunod ang propesiya ay masisira ang Agartha? Maximo clenches his jaw. His feajtres were now visible dahil sobrang seryoso ng kaniyang mukha. And I won't blame their bloodline for that great features.

"Resurrect the human, Maximilian." His voice echoed through the dining. His voice was pure authority.

"You know that's impossible right now. The gates probably malfunctioning because they sensed a human crossed the border." Nessi said.

So....

"And the great and the greatest probably knew about her?." Remus is now confused. I can't take too much damn informations.

So is it a violation of their law? Am I a violator?

"Resurrect the human, Maximilian!." Maximo shouted.

Padabog na tumayo si Zeus at akala ko ay magwo walk out na siya ngunit habang hawak hawak ang kamay ko ay hinila niya ako palabas ng dining. I even heard his brothers calls for his name pero hindi siya bumalik. Tahimik na lamang akong nagpatianod sa kaniya.

Mahahabang kidlat ang nakita ko sa kalangitan ngunit hindi ako nakarinig ng isang tinig ng kulog. Tahimik niyang hinilot ang kaniyang ulo habang nakapamaywang.

I bit my lip and pouted.

"I---um...Are you okay?." And I think that's the dumbest question I asked him. Of course he won't be fine! He just had that life threatening argument with his brother!

He sighed before facing me.

"I'm fine as long as you promise me." He said.

Kumunot ang noo ko. "Promise you what?."
