Just a quick thing here, I wanna make sure everyone knows that when Angel is talking to Sun, that's a nickname she calls him. His name is Luke, but he lets her call him Sun. Most likely for obvious reasons since his hair is so blonde.

"I need coffee." I muttered, pressing the 'pour' button on the coffee maker.

"Morning, Angel." Mom greeted.

"Hi." I grumbled.

"Not sleep well again?" She opened the fridge and grabbed the OJ.

I rubbed my face and eyes yawning. "Not really, no."

She handed me the creamer. "Here."

"Thanks." I poured some into the cup and closed the lid.

"I see a mark on your wrist. Something happen?" She took a sip of her OJ and I shook my head.

"It's just sore and I hit it against something last night." I shrugged.

"Is that the same story with the one around your neck?" She asked.

I was about to close the fridge when I stopped midway.

"I can't explain that one yet. You'd think I'm crazy." I answered.

"I think getting to know a mutant family that saved you hits the top of my list. Try me." She set her glass down.

I closed the fridge and grabbed a spoon from the drawer to stir.

"He did that to me." I put the spoon in the sink.

"What do you mean...'He' is—" she cut herself off. "Oh my god. Angel, he's been dead for two years."

I nodded. "Yeah, that's what I thought too until I saw his face stare down at me."

"Are you sure you weren't seeing things? I know how your—"

"I'd like to think it was that, Mom, but it was him." I cut her off, turning around.

"H-how?"

I shook my head. "I have no idea. But, if he is an imposter just taking his form, then we have nothing to worry about."

"You mean he could be some kind of shapeshifter?"

"That's a theory of mine, and I'm hoping its right."

"Let's hope it is." She breathed out.

"What color were Dad's eyes?" I asked. "Green, right?"

She nodded. "Yeah, like a forest. Why?"

"Something part of my theory." I said. "What about Derek's? They're blue?"

"Yup, just like his son's eyes." She responded.

Another alarm of mine went off and I put the lid on my to go cup.

"That's my cue for the bus. I gotta go, Mom."

"Okay, be safe, Angel." She said.
