AN: Finally on spring breakkkk😛 Wow I just keep on updating. This chapter is a little shorter than then the others. I love you all, thank you for reading, and dont forget to share it with your friends❤️

Jennifer's POV:

I just finished wrapping up my 5th period class as the bell rang. The students left the classroom one after the other. I let out a sigh. I decided to text Annabelle in hopes that they gave us the same lunch break.

Me:Hey Anna, do you have lunch 6th period?

I waited 5 minutes just staring at my phone screen and finally saw the 3 dots come up.
Anna:Oh look who wants to see me so bad that they texted me. Yes they gave me 6th lunch.

I rolled my eyes at here first statement.
Me: Okay. So are you going to invite me to your room or not?

Anna: Sure come on over. I have nothing better to do.

I smiled at her text, knowing that she wanted to see and talk to me just a much as I wanted to with her.

I got up and walked to the end of the hallway to the elevator. Sadly since she taught math her classroom was on the 3rd floor on the other side of the school. The elevator came I got in and pressed the 3 button. When the elevator hit the 2nd floor it stopped and the doors opened and of course to my luck it was her.

Arielle.

When she saw me she smiled.
"You do know students aren't allowed to use the elevators unless they're injured, right?
She stepped in and said "I know. But I mean taking the stairs really gets tiring ya know?"
"Aren't you supposed to be in class right now?"
"Nope" she said popping the P. "I have lunch this period actually."

I looked at her confusedly. "But the cafeteria is on the 2nd floor."
"I know."
"But you just came from the 2nd floor."
"I know Im just going to my friend's locker. It's on the 3rd floor." She said.
Then the elevator bell rang signaling that we were on the 3rd floor.
We both stepped out and she turned to me "Bye Ms.Murphy." She waved and walked the other way.

While she was walking away I couldn't help but let my eyes roam down her body. She was wearing a white tank-top and some extremely short denim shorts that probably weren't school regulation and had on some white and gold Jordan 6's. And yes I know about Jordan's. I have a younger cousin who is absolutely obsessed with them.

My eyes went down to her hips seeing them sway seductively as she walked. My eyes slowly went to her ass.

Damn...she has a pretty nice ass. Especially in those shorts.

I shook my head to try and rid myself of those thoughts.

Come on now Jennifer that's your student. Not only that but you have a girlfriend and she wouldn't be so pleased knowing that you were checking out your 17 year old student.

I heard a deep male voice that interrupted me from my thoughts.
"Hey Arielle." The male voice said somewhat eagerly.
Arielle ran to the guy and he automatically enveloped her in a hug raising her off the ground and spinning her. I heard her giggle because of this as she said "Hey Jacob." He stopped spinning her and put her down softly.
I couldn't hear the rest of their conversation but I saw their mouths moving. The boy named Jacob finished putting his things in his locker and him and Arielle walked off towards the staircase. While they were about to turn the corner I saw Jacob put his hand around Arielle's waist pulling her closer. I couldn't help but feel slightly jealous. They were soon out of my sight.

It wasn't until then that I realized that I was standing by myself in the middle of the hallway looking like an idiot. I finally turned around and walked towards Anna's room. I saw that the door was closed but I didn't knock and went in. I stormed in and Anna jumped a little being shocked.

"Goodness I didn't know you were that eager to see me that you couldn't knock. You scared the shit out of me." Anna said.
"Sorry Anna." I said sighing as I sat in the chair that was next to here behind her desk.
"What happened Jen? Rough day."
"Yea...I guess you could say that."
"Did they give you a problem kid? Did you give them detention? If you don't want to give them detention I'll do it for you?" Anna offered.
I couldn't help but laugh at her silliness.

"No Anna its fine I already gave them detention."
Anna looked at me like I was speaking an entirely different language.
"What?" I asked confused.
"You...gave someone...detention!?" She said loudly.
"Yes I gave her detention?"
"It was a she?" Anna asked curiously.
"Yea."
"What was her name?"
"It's Arielle Agostinelli."
Anna's eyes widened at her name and she covered her now agape mouth with her hand dramatically.

"What?" I asked her confused.

Why is this such a big deal. I thought to myself.

"Arielle is one of the best students I know. Even though we aren't supposed to have favorite students she's probably mine. What did she do so bad to make you, the person who never gave detention out at all last year, give her detention?"

I looked down shyly and said in a low voice "She was using her phone..."

Anna gave me a pointed look "Really? Is that the only reason why you gave her detention because multiple students that you've had before have used their phones in your class and all you do is give them a warning or take their phone away and give it to them at the end of class, you've never given them detention once."

"She also called me a bitch under her breath. So when the class period ending I secretly gave her another detention." I told Anna trying to justify the reason why I gave Arielle detention.

"Wow. Because that honestly deserves 2 detentions." Anna said sarcastically.

"She did..." I said now feeling embarrassed. Now that I think about it that really was a dumb reason to give her not one but 2 detentions.

"Anyways what did you do over the summer?" I heard Anna ask.
That started a whole conversation between us that we had while eating that lasted the whole lunch period. Lunch ended and I went back to my classroom teaching my last 2 classes. I took my lesson plan books with me and got in my new Moonlight blue 2012 Audi a4. When I got home I automatically changed into some comfy clothes and laid-down in my bed, not even bothering to say hi to my girlfriend.

Anna's question from early popped back into my mind "Really? Is that the only reason why you gave her detention..."

That was the only reason that I gave her detention...right? Not because when that student asked if I would date a student she didn't even seem interested. Not because she was allowing Paige to be all touchy-feely with her and not doing a thing about it. No it was because she deserved it.

And I had to keep telling myself that over and over again to convince myself it was the truth.

Even though I knew deep deep down that it wasn't.
