Falling For You

Chapter 42: Talking

We get home and see Michele is home from wherever she's been. I walk over and hug her.

"Hi Michele." I say.

"Hi (Y/N)." She says. Austin and the crew walk in. I look at the time and see that it's around 2 in the afternoon. I have to be at the studio at 3.

I walk over and sit on the couch, and Austin sits next to me. I grab his hand and he smiles.

"So how's recording been for you?" I ask him.

"Good. I have about 2 songs recorded. I have a lot more to go though." He says while looking at our intertwined hands.

"That's good." I say.

"When do you start recording?" He asks.

"I go in today actually." I say.

"That's awesome." Austin says.

"Yah." I say.

"Are you still upset?" He asks.

"I-I'm just scared for what happens when Jason gets out of jail." I say. Austin wraps his arms around me and pulls me in closer.

"He's going to be in there for a long time for what he did. They are going to make sure of it." He says.

"I know." I say. We sit there while the crew is playing video games. I laugh every time Zach loses because he always screams at the tv. It's actually really funny. I look at the time and see it's 2:45.

"I got to go." I say to Austin.

"Okay. I'll walk you out." He says.

"Eve are you coming?" I ask Eve, who is sitting on Alex's lap.

"Oh. Yah. Bye babe." She says. She gives Alex a quick kiss and stands up. We walk outside and Austin walks us to the suburban.

Eve gets in the passenger side and I walk over to the drivers side.

"Drive safe." He says.

"Will do." I say. We kiss. Which turns into a longer kiss then we expected. Eve bangs on the window. I jump.

"C'mon (Y/N) we have to go! You have to be there in 10 minutes." She says. I kiss Austin one more time.

"Love you." I say to him.

"Love you too." He says. I get in the car and start it. I wave to Austin then drive away. Time to get to this recording studio!
