If y'all don't know what the heck a mate is, it's basically short for soul mate. But human soulmates, don't call it that. Only werewolves have mates, yes humans have soulmates too, but the bond is stronger with werewolves and their mates! That is why I felt tingles when Lycan's and I's hands touched, because when a werewolf touches their mate, they feel tingles and/or sparks.
But I'm not a werewolf?!? So this is weird...
He knew I knew about werewolf mates! Everyone knows I'm obsessed with them!
But, I wondered what Lycan would do know. He was looking down, he looked as if he was shocked, as me, and trying to figure out what just happened.
He looked up at me and said," meet me at my place on Monday after school, ok? We need to talk about this."
I nodded.
Then he left, without a word.
