"Dad, it's real immature plan," I hissed at him. Can you please get me out of here, god?

"It's not called immature it's called a test," dad stated the not-so-obvious.

I am so furious at my dad right now and kind of doubting in mind about his plan.
You see my dad wants me to find out about the fact that Shaksham hates me or not, well more like like me or not. And I being me nodded for this silly idea.
"Dad you're asking me to jump in his room in the middle of night before his sister's and my bro's wedding and threaten him," I said exasperating. Well I am exasperated by my real immature dad. So true, he needed me in his story.
"yes and trust me if he likes you even a bit I must say you will see his red swollen eyes next day," dad cranked his neck to give me his oh-so-great smirk of triumph.
"Will he cry?" a part in me was concerned.
"No, it would because of his lack of sleep," dad huffed.
I just nodded my head in oh.
"I can't believe you're helping me. Say it dad, what's the deal?" I eyed him suspiciously.
"What? Cant I help my daughter to find her love," he shrugged. I gave him flat look.
"No. you can't," I deadpanned.
He scoffs at me and then looks somewhere else.
"Spill it dad." I said firmly crossing my arms whist I was ready to invade Shaksham's room.
"Vrinda asked me as her wedding gift. Otherwise I would never let that dimwit come near you," dad pouted his cutest.
So here is the cue, he is doing all for her daughter-in-law not for her daughter. I knew he wouldn't do that on his own as he is over over protective.
"That's not fair. You're giving her my position. I'm your number 1 she isn't here and you have started listening to her," I felt a little hurt.
"It's not that dear. It's just she made me realize about your true feelings and when I saw that look in that chicken's eye I knew to whom I should handover my daughter. You will always be mine heartbeat," he kissed me and then pumped me to threaten that 'chicken', dad's words of course
