Daysia POV

Sleeping on the floor of a closet was obviously a no no.

Now I had to deal with the soreness and knots.

I struggled in the mirror of the bathroom trying to massage the knots on my back by myself.

I really wished Annick was here to do it for me but I wasn't trying to interfere on her time with Randy.

And it wasn't helping at all that Jeffery was watching t.v, glancing at me every now and then.

"Can I help you?" I asked, wincing at a sharp pain behind my neck.

"I mean I can help you if you'd just ask nicely."

"I don't need it." I mumbled.

Suddenly I felt two hands on my shoulders.

My body immediately tensed up.

"Calm down, I won't try anything. Let this be my apology for the rude start that we had."

As he moved his hands on my back, I cursed the fact that he was actually helping my problem at the moment.

"So can I ask you something?"

I didn't wanna say yes considering I was still on bad terms but from this physical therapy he was giving me, I found myself automatically nodding.

"Why did you cut your hair?"

My eyes shot open and moved way from him.

"I told you I donated it."

"Yeah but I could sense something else in there."

"You know what? You don't know anything about me."

"Yeah I don't. That's what we're communicating for."

I crossed my arms, looking away.

"Well I don't wanna communicate."

He shrugged.

"That's fine. You don't have to now but you're gonna have to."

I patted my neck and walked away.

"Do you always do that?"

I looked at him. "Do what?"

He crossed his arms.

"Avoid problems?"

I shrugged.

"It depends on what type of problem it is."

"How have you been making it through life?"

"By not asking questions I don't want to know the answers to."

He looked at me and walked back towards the bed. "I'm just going to catch a few more Z's."

Miciah POV

"You know we don't ever go anywhere."

Brazil and James both looked at me.

"We've only been here for what 4-5 days."

I shrugged.

"We should go somewhere tonight."

Dario already had fliers in his hand on his way downstairs.

"Canoe?"

I smiled.

"Sounds appropriate."

Brazil nodded. "It'll be cool for us to sit down with some drinks."

Annick was bringing breakfast over.

"Eggs, Croissants and Bacon." She said as she set down the first two plates.

Randy interrupted by placing down the glasses of orange juice. "Well this would be a opportunity for Jeff and Daysia to get along."

I snapped my fingers.

"Exactly."

Dario fixed his collar. "So what are we wearing?"

Jeffery was coming down the stairs putting on his sweater. "What are we talking about?"

"Plans for tonight at Canoe, you coming?"

"Sure but I doubt Ms. Stubborn Princess will."

James laughed. "Well I haven't heard any Arguing last night or early this morning so you guys must be getting along...kinda."

Jeffery pinched his nose. "Doesn't mean there's not tension in the room."

Randy pointed. "We made-well Annick made breakfast, it's the last croissant ."

Annick handed over a plate to Jeffery. "Here."

Jeffery looked at it. "Give the croissant to Daysia, I'll just eat some rice."

I looked at him. "That's probably the nicest thing you could have ever done."

He looked back down with a sly smirk.
