And you told me you'd never leave and that we would be timeless like the stars glittering light years away from us, but you did and it wasn't a small ripple in a puddle, rather a tidal wave and I came crashing down, drowning in your lies and false hope implanted deep into my mind, I was a neatly set table and you were the tablecloth, when you fell I came tumbling along with you and for that I can never forgive what you've done.
I should've kept my heart in a fireproof box.
