Plain Flour | 180g
Butter | 125g
Caster Sugar | 55g

Light oven gas mark 5 or 190c. In a mixing bowl, combine the butter, flour and sugar until it forms a dough. On a flour covered surface, roll out the dough and use a cookie cutter to cut out any shape (circles, triangles, etc) and sprinkle with caster sugar. Allow to cook for 15-20 minutes, or until pale golden brown.
