"I love this lake." I say, staring at the night sky, and the stars on it.
We're at our lake.
"Me too, it reminds me of you." He replied, securing an arm around me.
I snuggle closer to him.
"I love you." I whisper.
"I love you too." He replies, in a soft voice.
I get even closer to him and look at him with hooded eyes, he takes the hint and leans down, pulling me into a sensual kiss.
He devours my lips, and I moan when he thrusts his tongue into my mouth.
He pulls away, and stands, offering me a hand too.
"You wanna continue this elsewhere?" I ask, with a smile.
"Yes.. but before that.."
He kneels to the ground.
Oh. Shit. No.
I'm not prepared for this.
He pulls out a box from his pocket and says, "Shanaya, you have been my only love and I've never felt such a deep attraction for anyone.. Dove, will you marry me?"
I'm rooted in spot. I can't believe it.
"Yes.. YES YES YES YES YES!!!!!!" I scream out. He slips the ring onto my finger. Surprise- diamond ring.
He hugs me, and I hug back.
"Love you."
