In my head they're stuck
Like deadly shadows lurking in the void of my sanity
Their mocking images keeps on flashing like a bad memory
Pointing a finger at me laughing, "Look at her! She's a mess - she's lonely"

The images of them in my head speaks clearly
I close my eyes, yet they're still staring —
I could see them looking at me
Those eyes filled with hatred in secrecy
Smirks and quick remarks with a sprinkle of "Joke only" in the finale

I don't intend to think of them
But they're stuck in my head — they scream
They laugh but it ain't funny as it seem
Where's the button to turn the mind off for a second? Let it dim
