-SAME DAY/MORNING-

Everyone woke up at 10:30am, and April made pancakes for breakfast. Then it's training time...for everyone else but Yin. As they ate breakfast Yin wasn't really talking. She wasn't really talking still when they went outside to train! Well...she still doesn't get to train anyway. Because of her stupid ankle!

Not feeling like hanging around with the others, she uses her crutch and just hobbles over to the shed where a huge oak tree grew. The warm sun on her skin, and the breeze washing through her hair made her relax a little bit. Yin then drops her crutch and plants her other foot down, testing it out.

It still aches, but it's not that bad! She walks a few steps to shake off the aching. Then, using all her concentration to balance on her good foot, she brings up her other one and closes her eyes, bringing her hands close to her chest. I guess a little meditation wouldn't hurt, eh?

As she deepened her breathing, she felt the wind pick up slightly, but only around her, and she heard the rustle of the leaves too. She felt her spirit calm and get bubbly with happiness. Yin sensed that with the rustling of the leaves, that they were floating in a circle around her.

Karai, April, and the turtles were all training, with Splinter supervising them as usual. Then he caught sight of Yin and watched her for a brief moment. She really becomes at peace when she's calm in a place that she loves. He wonders if that meditation will help her ankle heal.

"Whooooooah", Mikey said in awe, finally catching sight of Yin. "She doesn't have the same powers as April-but look!" He saw the leaves floating in a perfect circle around her.

All of the turtles, the other girls all stopped and looked at Yin in curiosity. It was like she was standing like a statue. That's how good her balance was. She was in deep concentration, unbothered by the chirping birds and the rustle of the leaves.

"Wow", Donnie said in amazement. "I'll for sure need to test her powers after this!"

Raph frowned. "Are you sure that du-hickey is safe? Remember what happened to April?"

"Well", April began, "she doesn't have my powers so it could be a totally different outcome."

I still need to ask her about the spirit deer. "Alright, guys", Leo said, looking away from her. "We don't want to break her trance."

"Hmmm", Karai thought. "I wonder...if her mother's powers are far more advanced than what's known."

"You could be right, Miwah", Splinter nodded. "But we must not press her with such questions! That's her own information to share if she so pleases."

"It's kinda cool!" Mikey sighed. "But my balance sucks."

When Yin opened her eyes again, she saw the leaves fall in a certain pattern, written in Japanese lettering: 高貴、勇敢、真実. Wow... Her eyes widened.
Translation: Noble, Brave, True. Yin luckily had her phone with her so she snapped a quick picture. Not realizing it until the fourth step in...she was walking without her crutch without any pain!

"Sensei! Guys!", Yin shouted out, now running with bubbly joy. "Look!"

"Your ankle!" Mikey gasped with happiness. "It's all better! Must've been that meditation you were doing."

"I...I guess so!" Yin exclaimed. "Sweet!" She did a spinning kick. "Aha! Still got it."

"Sweet! Now I can kick your ass in training", Raph said, walking over and putting her in a playful headlock. "Glad to see ya feeling better."
