Heeseung and Jake, in his animal form and hidden in the human's backpack, left the apartment around eight at night, after that long afternoon.

Beomgyu felt a little sad, his new playmate was gone.

And he also thought that Taehyun's desire to pamper him had gone with them.

He sat on the edge of the couch, his gray eyes catching Taehyun, who was walking towards him after closing the door.

The brunette sat on the couch, taking the cat to place it on his lap.

"Do you change for me, baby?" He asked him, his tone was calm and affectionate, while he left pampering on his cheeks and ears.

Beomgyu didn't take long to obey him, looking at his human without knowing what it was all about, sitting on his lap, he felt something strange, almost uncomfortable.

Taehyun studied Beomgyu's delicate features a little, his pale cheeks, his small nose and his soft, thin lips, he looked at the bright cat eyes, his hand had not stopped caressing his cheek and part of his hair.

Unintentionally, Beomgyu had started purring.

"I wanted to apologize, Beomgyu" he said, his tone sincere. "I was very bad to you, I don't deserve you, you deserve someone better"

Beomgyu denied, in his mind that sounded like the beginning of an abandonment speech.

He didn't want Taehyun to leave him like all his other families.

"I love you," the hybrid murmured, his eyes clouded with tears. "Don't leave me" he asked.

"Oh no, no, don't cry" Taehyun rushed to speak, he brought his thumbs towards the other's little eyes, erasing the tears. "I want to be the best person for you, Gyu, but I need your help, okay?" The kitten nodded eagerly, willing to do anything to stay with Taehyun.

"I need you to tell me every time you want something, that I don't realize, or don't give it to you" he said. "If something I did bothers you, tell me, for anything, just ask, can you?" Beomgyu nodded.

"Let's see, Beomgyu, you understood" Taehyun said. "Ask what you want"

The kitten looked him in the eyes for a second, making a small grimace with his lips, he noticed that Taehyun was serious.

"I want a kiss" the kitten asked.

Taehyun smiled, his hands going to Beomgyu's cheeks, taking him gently, bringing their faces closer until all distance was eliminated, uniting their lips, in a slow and loving kiss, one that Beomgyu had waited a long time for and couldn't help but shed a few tears when he felt again the lips of his human, and the soft hands that left caresses on his blushing cheeks.

They kissed slowly for an indefinite amount of time, breaking for a moment to get some air before returning to the kiss, but even that short pause was calm and they never completely separated, caressing each other's noses or touching their foreheads, they were together and Beomgyu noticed Taehyun's smile every time they came together again.

After a while like this, when he felt that his kitten was satisfied, Taehyun pulled away definitively, looking into Beomgyu's eyes lovingly.

"Do you want anything else, Gyu?" The kitten nodded.

"I want you to hug me at night when I sleep" he said, Taehyun nodded. "And that you cuddle me, I like cuddles" he murmured. Taehyun laughed a little, caressing Beomgyu's little ears.

"I will, Gyu." The kitten smiled, showing a bit of his cute smile. "I like that nickname"

"I like you" Taehyun said, with complete confidence, he watched his kitten jump a little at the sudden confession, his ears perked up and his eyes widened. "I love you, Gyu."

Beomgyu felt warm inside, as if his heart grew with those words, he smiled widely and could do nothing but hug his human's neck, hiding his face in it, while Taehyun wrapped his arms around his waist, rubbing his back with love.

"You're the cutest thing in the world," he said. "How about we grab a quick dinner and go to bed?"

Beomgyu nodded, still hiding in Taehyun's arms.

He was happy, so happy.
