Lia's POV
I really wonder why Manager Jeanne told us to report here today. Aren't we supposed to be on hiatus?

All of a sudden, Manager Jeanne came into the room grinning widely

All of a sudden, Manager Jeanne came into the room grinning widely. I heaved a sigh of relief. Phew, all should be well. "Everyone in the room, I have 2 pieces of good news," she announced enthusiastically. "First of all, Mike will not be quitting Amaze. Hence, I apologise to Ethan but I have to remove you from the cast list."

"Don't sweat it, I'm still staying as an understudy

"Don't sweat it, I'm still staying as an understudy. I'm here to learn after all."

"That's good. I hope you all can support him from now on. And secondly, Karen will be returning to Amaze as well after her two week leave after her collapse*. I hope you can support them both as they slowly return to their lives here. Two of you, come in please!"

The door opened and Mike and Karen came in. Everyone clapped enthusiastically, welcoming them back with warmth.

Once the applause died down, Crystal stood up and asked the room, "With Mike returning, don't we need to say a little something to him?"

"Sorry for judging you," Alex said.

"I'm sorry too."

A few more sorries followed. I waited eagerly to see Mike's response. Whether he would stay faithful to our pact or not.

To my surprise, I was expecting forgiveness. But he said, "I'm sorry for not doing my best. You guys were right after all, I didn't take my job seriously at all. Please help me become a better person."

"We will," the entire room chorused.

"Very well, that marks the end of our hiatus," Manager Jeanne announced. "I'll update the news press to update Amaze's comeback. Speaking of comeback, I'm not sure if we can call this a comeback but more of an assignment. The director said the show isn't doing too well. YouTube viewers dipping by the day, not many listeners and all your follower rates are dropping thanks to this show. Hence, the director has given everyone an assignment. In late August, we will be renting Prebysterian Academy's school hall for a concert. The public will be invited. You can do whatever you want, but as long as the school hall is filled with people entirely, Amaze can go on. If not, reporting to the Amaze Holding Room will end once the filming of Series 2 ends."

We all gasped. This was a big assignment if it determines Amaze's production future. Nonetheless, Crystal suggested creating a set list to make it feel like an idol concert. Everyone agreed and Alex set some guidelines to choosing our songs. They all had to be on the appreciative or celebratory side of things.

For the next hour, we gathered together to talk about the songs in the set list

For the next hour, we gathered together to talk about the songs in the set list. Manager Jeanne loaned us her work laptop and we searched up songs on her laptop. We engaged in a lively discussion about what songs would be best and listed them down.

After that, Crystal suggested adding some of our own songs to make it feel like a real concert. We agreed and added all the series 1 songs in between all the Hi-5 songs. The discussion closed with Ethan calculating the run time, which clocked 1 and a half hours.

1 and a half hours later, the concert set list was finalised. Yet, Crystal was still saying the work wasn't done. We then demanded from her what work we had to do left, only to realise its to give our concert a name!

We all panicked and then she had to calm us down and tell us what made a good concert name. We then recalled whatever that happened in the past four months as Amaze, and then concluded something in the events were all common—the fact we all got stronger even in our personal weakness. We discussed and discussed until we managed to settle on one—Stronger Together ~As strong as at its weakest~.
