“ Follow the evidences wherever it leads , and question everything "

STUART’S POV

Today’s meeting with that asshole Daryl Mitchell wasn’t fruitful at all , it just pissed me off . His face was just making me nauseous , his aura was making me puke . Somehow I just tolerated him  .

I already knew the exact truth what happened that day , but I wanted to know the exact truth from his mouth . He even shamelessly  told me what happened that day , and later he thinks that I will forgive him for what he did with my family . He even offered me share of his company and money to withdraw the case but I denied .

I am not his lap dog who will agree with him for just some money . I cannot make my dad suffer more , I cannot forget how my mom was in shock after my dad was sentenced to lifetime imprisonment and later she lost all the hopes and eventually she died . I am not an item which can be purchased using money . My main aim from childhood was to give justice to my family and now I can’t just back off . It will be injustice for the lives that we lost in this battle .

Next day ……

I was sitting on my cabin and was checking some documents that Pearl has given me to look up , I received a call from an unknown number . Nowadays , unknown numbers has become a huge part of me . I received the call .

“ I think , I am talking with Mr Stuart McAndrew ? “ the person from the other side spoke . The person was a man of  old age , his voice was rough and hoarse . The voice somewhat gave me chills in my spine . “ Yes , speaking “ I replied .

“ I heard that you reopened your father’s case against Daryl Mitchell “ the man spoke . “ Yes , are you trying to threaten me ? “ I asked . I know Daryl Mitchell , he is such type of guy who can use any means just to make his plan work . I think now he has hired some goons who will threat me to withdraw the case .

“ No sir , I am not threatening you in fact I will appreciate you to that you decided to reopen that case “ he spoke . “ Thanks , but what  you want from me ? “ I asked . “ Sir , I have some evidence of exactly what happened that day , I am the eye witness or more precisely I was there inside the car when that incident occurred “ he replied .

Whoa , this is something what I needed . But wait a second , he may be lying , I have to verify .

“ Can you tell me what happened that day ? “ I asked . “ Sir , be patience . All the things cannot be said over phone . I need to meet you physically . Can it be possible ? “ he asked . “ Yah .. can you come today ? I am in the outlet near the main street “  I asked . “ I will come Sir , but you have to promise me one thing “ he asked . “ Yes “ I replied . “ You have to buy  today’s lunch for me and my family “ he replied .

Seriously , this man needs only lunch to tell me the evidence . This is a good deal to grab on and I cannot miss it . “ Okay done “ I replied . “ Sir , one more thing . I will come in disguise , so inform your security guards to allow me “ he spoke . “ Okay I will , but when you come , just use the code word ‘ LUNCH ‘ , the workers will allow “ I replied .

“ Okay sir , see you in 2 hours “ with this he hung up the call .

At last I will get some good evidence which will strengthen my case , and it seems like the path of justice is becoming more clear . I used my landline that was there in my cabin to call Dee from outside to inform about this mystery man .
