I sat inside a car alongside Blinky. waiting for our target. We had an idea on how to find a cure for AAARRRGGHH, but... We now were waiting for the entire order of changelings. I frowned, the number of changelings was probably huge, which meant, the number of babies like my brother were all missing, taken from their homes and their families none the wiser.
I also worried for y/n, he vanished during the fight with usurna. Now, it's been over a week. pretending jim was sick was pretty good, but... it couldn't last long.
we got lucky, y/n's clone was still around. still, i feared for the real y/n. however, Blinky assured me that y/n, should be fine, I was still worried. What if his enemies took advantage of this? what if they found him before he could get back?
I shook my head. no... y/n is strong. he'll be fine... I'm sure.
"Oh. Oh, no. Oh, no. Nope, not him." Blinky said as a man passed through. I turned to him, "We've been on this stakeout forever. Do we even know who we're looking for?" I asked and Blinky nodded.
"It appears Strickler corresponded with a German named Otto Scaarbach." he said only for NotEnrique to interrupt, "That's his name? Might as well call him "Mr Evil Man." How do you even know he's gonna be here?" he asked and Blinky smiled. "I 'interneted' him," he said proudly. but NotEnrique simply chuckled, "Interneted".
"Silence, you impudent runt! I interneted him as Strickler, asking to meet. But when he discovers he's been stood up, he'll lead us back to the Janus Order." Blinky shook his fist before Toby interrupted.
"If anyone's hungry, I got peanut brittle, popcorn, marshmallow goop, and 16 flavours of bubblegum," he said but I interrupted him. he was constantly going on about how he got his braces out. while I was happy for him, now was not the time.
"We get it, Tobes. You just got your braces off." I whispered, making Toby grin. "Oh. Oh, did you notice?" he replied as I turned around, spotting someone.
"I think I see Mr. Evil Man," I said and Blinky smiled. "Ah, aha." he said as NotEnrique interrupted, "That's gotta be him!" he said, making me look. a man in a trenchcoat and hat walked out into the light.

"Slip out quietly. One false move and we might spook him." Blinky instructed
"Right, follow him back to the Janus Order. Piece of cake. Let's go!" he climbed out only to fall face-first and his bubble gum went everywhere. this made Otto look about before quickly moving away.
"Shh, Toby," I said before turning to Blinky. "We can't lose him. You'll drive, Blink. Toby and I'll follow on foot."
"Driving! What a pleasure!" Blinky said as I climbed out and he drove away. I looked about and saw him. "There he is!" I said as I rushed around before he seemingly vanished. "Lost him!"
