"Congratulations Severus! It's a healthy baby boy!" announced Poppy and gave him the child.

But Severus wasn't happy, he's confused, eyes still on Poppy

"Poppy, we're not expecting the baby until two months from now.", he said

"But Severus, bow could that be? The baby is in it's complete cycle, he's healthy as all the healthy babies born after 9 months could be.", Poppy said

"But she's supposed to be still in her 7th.", he said snd turned to look at the baby

His face fell, Severus slowly walked towards Anne and gave her the baby.

"How fool of me to think that all along you we're telling the truth and it was I who just can't accept it." he spat

Anne looked at him with sorry in her face and held out her hand for Severus to take.

"Severus, I'm sorry. I loved you so much that I want you to be the father of my child," she said now crying, "Severus, please.", she added.

The boy wasn't his, but Lucius!

Severus quickly realized how he left Aleah and forgot about her daughters disappearance. He quickly left and went to the Black's house.

Severus knocked and Sirius opened the door. Severus was about to ask about Aleah but was met by a punch in the face. Severus fell to the ground but did not protest, he deserve that.

"Severus,", Sirius said

Severus remained on the floor but was surprised to see Sirius's hand held out for him, Severus grabbed it and Sirius helped him up.

"She's at St. Mungo's.", Severus quickly turned to go to the apparition point,

"You may have gained a child from Anne, but you lost one from Aleah.", Sirius said softly and with hurt in his voice that made Severus halt in his steps and turned to Sirius, hoping that what he just heard isn't true.

Sirius looked at Severus and shook his head slowly, telling him that what he is thinking that Sirius is implying is true. Severus quickly went to St. Mungo's and towards Aleah

Severus arrived at her door and saw Aleah peaceful in her sleep. He went inside and rushed to her side, Severus grabbed her hand, put it on his lips and cried. Severus put a hand on Aleah's belly and felt it empty, he cried more.

Aleah shifted in her sleep and looked at Severus, surprised.

"Severus?", she slowly said

Severus opened his eyes, "I'm so sorry Aleah. I'm so sorry.", he said

Aleah cupped his cheeks and smiled, "It's okay Severus, you still have Anne's child.", she said

"No Aleah, the boy isn't mine.", he said and cleared away the tears, "It's Lucius.", he added

Aleah was surprised by what Severus had said, "It wasn't yours all along? And she knew?", she asked

"Yes, Anne lied because he wants me to be the father. She forgot that Malfoy's genes are stronger.", he said and slightly chuckled

Severus caress Aleah's belly again.

"I'm sorry Severus, I wasn't able to keep her.", Aleah said, her voice breaking

"A girl?", he asked

"Yes Severus, it was", she said, looking at him and a tear fell

Severus hugged Aleah and Aleah burst out sobbing

"I'm sorry my love, it's all my fault.", he said.

Aleah backed away from the hug and cupped both his cheeks, "It wasn't anyone's fault Severus.", she said, assuring him

"No Aleah, it was min—"

Aleah cuts him off with a kiss.
