*Zion

I was at work going through files when my phone started ringing. I pulled it out and it was Mona.

"Hello..." I answered

"Hey, Zion where's Milan??" She asked

"What you mean where's Milan??" I asked making Terry look up at me

"We came to check up on her and she ain't opened the door or answering her phone..." she said

"Maybe she's sleeping..." I said

"She's not. We used the emergency spare key that y'all got. She's not here..." she said

"What!!" I said standing up
"I'm on the way..."

I hung up the phone and quickly started to put up the files.

"I gotta go. They can't find Milan..." I said

"I'm coming with..." Terry said getting up

We left out. I got in the truck, cut on my lights and sirens as I did 100 home. We were very very close to my house when I saw somebody walking. I looked closely and was Milan with Lola. She turned around, I stopped beside her and jumped out. She looked at me with a confused look on her face.

"Where have you been??" I asked

"I went on a walk and brung Lola with me..." she said

"Where is your phone??" I asked

"I realized I left it so I turned to head back home..." she said looking at me worried
"What's wrong??"

"Your Mom and Melody came by to check up on you. You weren't answering the door or your phone. They used the emergency key to get in and saw you weren't there. They called me asking where you were and I couldn't tell them. So I was coming home..." I said

"I didn't know I left my phone. It prolly sitting on the couch cuz it took me a minute to put my shoes on then Charles knocked at the door and I left out without it..." she said
"I didn't try to..."

"You just had us worried baby. Make sure you keep your phone on you..." I said grabbing her hand and pulling her to me

"I'm sorry..." she said softly with a pout

"It's okay..." I said kissing her forehead
"You sure you okay??"

"Yes, I'm sure..." she said looking into my eyes
"Buttttt can Lola and I get a ride home? I think she tired..."

I chuckled with a smile.

"She not tired, you are..." I said and she smiled
"You gone have to get in the back..."

"That's fine..." she said

We walked to the car and I opened the back door so they could get in. Lola got in first.

"Milan you can get in the front..." Terry said

"That's okay Terry. I'll sit back here with
Lola..." she said as Lola laid on her lap close to her belly

"You sure??" He asked

"Yes, Thank you tho..." she said

"You good??" I asked

She nodded her head while looking at me

I pecked her lips and I closed the door. I went back around the front and drove the rest of the way home. We got there to see Mona leaning against the car and Melody standing in front of her with King in her arms. I parked on the side of the street. I went to the back of the car and opened the door. Lola flew out and ran home.
