*Milan

It was the next day and I had to go to the post office to send off the gender reveal invitations. I wasn't going to text them, I was sending them through mail with pretty gifts.

While I was out, I did a lil shopping to make myself feel better. I went grocery shopping and when I left it started raining. I was getting rained on putting the groceries in the car. When I got in the car, my makeup was now off and my eye was very visible. I grabbed my shades and I put them on. I drove to get me some to eat and went home. I made it in the garage and I seen Titus coming off the elevator. I got out the car and he walked up to me.

"Need help??" He asked

"Yes, I left my wagon upstairs..." I said

"I'll get some bags and you just stay here until the last load then help..." he said and I nodded

He grabbed some bags and headed up. The elevator opened and Cam walked out. She looked up and seen me. She smiled and made her way to me.

"Hey Milan..." she said with open arms

"Hey..." I said smiling before hugging her

"How you been??" She asked

"I'm making it..." I said smiling

"Lani has been worried about you..." she said

"I know, they all have but I'll get back in touch with them once I get myself together..." I said and she nodded

The elevator door opened and Titus walked out. He looked at us and I seen his demeanor change. We walked up to the car.

"Ah, Cam this is Titus. Titus this is Cam, Lalani's girlfriend..." I said

"Your high school friend??" He asked looking at me and I nodded

I seen him relax which made me calm down.

"Nice to meet you..." he said holding his hand out

"Likewise..." she said with a small smile

"This the last load before we both can go up..." he said before walking to the elevator

"Who's he??" She asked

"Long story..." I said
"How's Lani??"

"She amazing as always. She just been worried about you and ready to see you so she can know you alright..." she said

"Well tell her I'm fine and I'll be in contact her soon. Also, tell her she'll be receiving a gift from me in the mail..." I said

We talked a lil before Titus came and got the last of bags. He got on the elevator and I started grabbing the remainder of bags still talking to Cam.

"Milan it's pouring down, why you got on these shades on..." she said reaching for the shades

Before I could stop her, she had pulled them off. Her eyes widened.

"What happened??" She said looking at me

"Nothing, I'm fine..." I said

"Milan did he do this to you??" she asked going in to touch my eye

I moved her hand.

"I told you, I'm fine Cam..." I said before walking off

I opened the elevator and got on. I turned to see her looking at me before the elevator door closed. My heart was beating out my chest. It finally got to my floor. I got off the elevator and walked in cuz the door was open for me. I seen the groceries were out the bags so I started putting them up. I got hot so I went in my room to take these hot ass clothes off. I went to my room to see Titus standing in the middle off my room with papers in his hand.

"What are you doing??" I asked

"So you broke our promise??" He asked still looking at the paper

"What promise??" I asked him

He threw something and hit me in my face. I looked down and it was my pregnancy test and those were the Doctor papers.

"Titus that a accident, I didn't know..." I said quickly

"But we made a promise and you broke it..." I said

"And you promised to never hit me but you fucking did. Did I ever say some about that. You been beating me for months, but you seen papers of me being pregnant it's a problem. My pregnancy is the least of your problems..." I said

I let my mouth overload my ass cuz next thing I know. I was out.
