Spring is here
And no new news appears.
Spiky occupies herself
With a Colombian folk dance,
Apps to find romance, stares at her finance,
She gives roller skating a chance
And
Talks with her brother and dad on how to advance.
Through odd connections a Turkish man appears.
A man who works in real estate
He loves the tiny home idear.
Maybe this could all be fate?
He suggests to Rocky,
"You can be the American branch
of my company,"
With an underlying tone of uppity.
The Dots did not catch it.
They did not assume it.
And they did not foresee it...
Although the mother of the Dots
May have...
Months go by and it's the same thing.
"We're preparing a visual package for investors.
Research this, research that...
Let's chat about buying and reselling homes in the U.S."
Nothing was being done for the Dots' project.
It was all about, "Having someone in America,
Who can speak English, on his team."
At some point Rocky noticed this man was mean...
Or rather a mess of sorts.
One night as Rocky and this man
Drive through California to see a community,
Rocky says, "We should split this partnership 49/51,
51 for me and 49 for you."
Rocky was doing more work than this dude.
Offended, this Turkish man is.
After some drinks he responds,
"I can convince you to do anything.
That's how smart a man I am."
This was off putting.
The man continues,
He says he's in the top 1% of Turkey.
He can make anything happen.
But this man is clearly slacken.
This man was all bark and no bite.
Say something against him
And he raises his voice for a fight.
Rocky knew this man wasn't right.
This man wanted a servant,
Not a partner.
So, he parts away
From this man with no manners.
