With the world at a stop
So are many shops.
No one wants to do anything.
No matter how many calls, emails, details,
And messages.
The tiny home project is at a standstill.
Spiky has so much time to kill.
But this is an opportunity!
This is her chance to get ahead!
Easily said than done.
Spiky moves inch by inch
And moves five steps back.
Spiky meets Petals and Red.
On the rooftop of Red's office building,
They talk as the city streets
Are somewhat dead.
"On my last birthday,
Do you want to know what I wished for?"
Says Red.
"For the world to stop."
She laughs,
"As if there was a God."
Spiky doesn't see what is so funny.
With proof like that
It would make anyone
Seem like a dummy.
But that's between her and God.
Spiky receives a text from her friend Todd.
"Are you free to talk on the phone?"
