Dan: Leaving

Sorry I haven't been updating lately. Honestly I was having writers block. Like I said they are supposed to be on the boat for a while and I was running out of things for them to do. But I know you don't want chitter-chatter so let's get right to the story!

"Finally, we are coming up on land soon!" Rowan comments.
"I got some really good pictures while we were at sea" Amy says as she goes through the photos she has taken
"Don't talk like we are off the boat just yet, we don't wanna jinx it" Piper reminds us
"Piper's right we have to be on high alert, we don't know anything about this land. We have to be careful" I say in a serious tone.
"This is coming from the weirdo who fell off the boat because of a fish, got us lost, and almost burned the boat down while cooking food that might have given us food poisoning." Christina retorts
"HEY!!!! Falling off the boat was an accident, the fish was big" I answer
"It was the smallest out of all the fish we caught" Piper comments
"And I wasn't the only one that got us lost" I continue
"But you almost got us lost again if Piper didn't stop you" Amy comments
"And I didn't even come close to burning the boat down!" I shout
"No Dan, lots of smoke coming off the burner and the soup catching fire isn't anywhere near burning the boat down." Rowan says sarcastically while rolling her eyes.
"Plus the food wasn't poisonous and besides, I know how to cook, just not in a real kitchen." I explain
"Weirdo, your lying and the food might as well be poisonous, Piper had to open cans for dinner" Christina comments
"I AM NOT LYING!!!!!" I say with anime fire around him. It quickly fizzles out though because Amy hit me over the head with an extra wooden plank that was lying around.
"Oh be quiet already. We are almost there so can we please at least keep our sanity!" Amy shouts as I crumple up into a ball and mumble "Amy is a meanie" over and over again
"Let's not fight please." Piper says shooting a glare in Amy's direction, however Amy has decided to walk away at this point.
"I WILL PROVE TO YOU ALL THAT I CAN COOK ONCE WE GET ON LAND!!!!!" I quickly shout with fire in my eyes as I stand up recovering from my previous state
"Whatever" Rowan says while rolling her eyes
"Wow you change personalities quick" Christina comments, "Just another reason why you are a weirdo, weirdo!" Christina comments in a cheerful tone
"FOR THE LAST TIME I AM NOT A WEIRDO!!!!!" I shout at her right as Amy comes back just to whack me over the head with the wooden plank
"Geez calm down, stop yelling" Amy says with a sigh
"This is coming from the girl who had a major panic attack when we got lost and repetitively hits people, wait not even people just me, over the head with a wooden plank!" I shout to her starting to get angry
"Yup!" Amy says with a smile before tapping me on the head with the plank again
"STOP IT BEFORE I BREAK THAT PIECE OF WOOD IN HALF!!!!!!" I shout at her starting to get fed up
"I would like to see you try" Amy says with a smirk
"UGH I CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMORE!!!!" I shout and walk over to the back of the boat.
"Amy!" Piper snaps
"What?! He was picking on Christina!" I hear Amy say
"That doesn't mean you treat him any different!" Piper retorts
"Piper, he is a year older than us, I don't think it's very proper for him to do that do a girl who is a year younger than us. Which makes him 2 years older than her." Amy answers(A/N: Yeah I know I said they are all 13 but I thought the dynamic would be cooler if they are different ages so Amy, Piper, and Rowan are 13, Dan is 14, and Christina is 12). At this point I stopped listening, they could deal with their girl problems, I really didn't care. Ugh, maybe teaming up with these people was a mistake, they don't really seem to appreciate me. Once we get on land, I'm out.

"Dan, please don't leave" Piper says after I told them about my plan
"Piper, let him do as he wants." Amy says with a sigh, "He can do as he pleases it's not like he was ever dependent on us anyway" Amy says, though there is a hint of something else in her voice. Was that regret? It couldn't be, the girl hated me.
"Amy!" Piper starts
"Piper, he has made his decision" Amy says, though there is something she mumbled at the end I didn't quite catch.
"Thank you Amy, I guess" I say and Amy just nods before stalking off, as usual.
"You aren't actually gonna leave are you?" Piper asks with a hint of hope in her voice. Out of everyone in this small group we made, I have become closet with Piper. We are pretty much a like in most ways, Rowan says that we are clones of each other.
"Yes" I say with a sigh, I knew that telling her would be the hardest.
"I guess, if you really want to then...." Piper trails off just as Amy comes running back, almost out of breath
"Why are you out of breath? The boat isn't that large" I ask
"We are getting attacked!" Amy shouts.
