Ｃｈａｐｔｅｒ 2: ENTRY TEST

There's a a silent moment that showed to the viewers. They can't decide what to feel, they feel bad for the only female on the show but at the same time confused of how the show is going.

Participants can't take off their eyes on the lady.

"This is the stage of I-LAND and this will be the place for you to prove your ability. After the gate, you will see an unknown place called I-LAND that only exist in our imaginations. The gate, that's the only way to the I-LAND but all 24 of you can't go in there. The capacity of I-LAND is only 13 people. The power to decide 13 people are up to you and every destiny in I-LAND is upon you hands as well. Now we are going to start the entry test with the performance you prepared". Everyone is so shocked to the sudden announcement.

Participants are so eager to perform first because of the limit that they needed to be in. On the other side, Leesu who's been looking down for so long decided to just keep seated and wait for her turn. She doesn't have the same confidence she have when she first entered, she doesn't feel motivated to get in, all she just want is to get out of there.

When the music started that's the only thing she looked up to see the performances. Despite of the low self-esteem and don't have confidence, she still choose to judge and vote her other participants fair and honest.

All units performed already, everyone is looking at her. She got up from her seat and put on her mic.

Everyone can hear her sighs, she's trying to calm herself. Her minds is so clouded that she didn't notice she's already wearing a mic, all the deep breath and deep sighs can hear.

She's really nervous but she needs to do this for her dream.

Leesu went up to the stage. She chin up to at least looked brave. The staff signal her to get ready, she position herself and brushed off all her thoughts.

The intro song started. All her negative thoughts just suddenly disappeared. As soon as the song started she feel confident amd energized. The energy and her eager to get in the I-LAND showed up and drive her crazy to rip off the stage.

Her voice matches the song so well and makes her feel better and show them that she's not just a girl.

She practiced that song so hard for months to at least match her voice to the song when in fact that's hard for someone like her, for trainee like her.

With her so smooth dance skill and impactful moves, all the participants left their mouths wide open, not to mention her voice that really compliment the song.

She doesn't forget to smile, everyone can see it on her face that she's having fun with what she's doing, even the producers at the monitoring room.

Leesu did a popping as the song slowly ends and did her pose. Heavy breath takes place.

She just left a big impression to everyone, to participants, and to the producers. That's when participants knew that she's not an easy one, they need to get ready.

Leesu bow down and take a couple of breathe before she speaks.

"I'm Im Leesu. One of my hobby is archery. I started dancing and singing ever since I was a kid and that eventually leads me to this. That's all, thank you so much...". She bow down once again and for the first time, everyone looks so friendly. They have the smile on their lips, but still shocked of what they just witnessed.

No wonder bighit takes a couple of months before they decided to send Leesu to the show, they knew she's an ace but they can't handle her because of their past issue with girl group, but they know Leesu will be part of this future group. That's how good Leesu is.
