The Blood Tyrant - AU Izuku Yagi

Chapter 2: Love and Loved

At the Yagi household, Toshinori just got back from UA.

Toshinori unlocks the door as he steps in. Cold air from the living room blows as he took off his shoes. The once warmth he felt in his family got ruined one day. His wife, Inko Yagi now doesn't greet him when he gets home, she just watch TV.

Her daughter, Izumi Yagi, now comes home late, ignores the family when she come back and locks herself in her room.

It wasn't always this way, until Izuku Yagi left.

Toshinori: I bought soba for dinner, come at eat when you want.

Both Inko and Izumi didn't respond.

Toshinori sighs as he sits down at the dining table. He slurps his soba as he thinks. The pathetic excuse of a family he has now is a fragment of what is used to be.

Back when Izuku and Izumi was still young and didn't have their quirk m, their lives were perfect. Everyone will sit at the dining table, laugh and play, smile and eat, everyone has a blast.

But everything changed on Izuku and Izumi's 4th birthday. Izumi was announced to have a telekinesis quirk which overjoyed the Yagis.

However, Izuku was a different story.

Doctor: Izuku here has a quirk mutation. When activated, he will turn in a emotionless monster who craves nothing more than blood and death. His strengths are also buffed a few folds with the change so he is quite dangerous.

The Yagis shocked to hear Izuku's quirk. To Toshinori, it was the least heroic quirk ever. He will rather die than admit that his failure of a son has a villainous quirk.

After that day, he neglected to feed Izuku, neglected to speak to Izuku. Whenever, he saw Izuku, he feels a sense of disgust and hatred, as if he was looking at trash itself.

However, everything changed when one day, when Izuku attacked Izumi.

Scene change to Dabi

Dabi was currently causing havoc in downtown Tokyo in the name of the Blood Tyrant. He is a stronger fighter, able to take on multiple inexperienced heroes easily.

With his hot blue flames, he burns down another trashcan with his goons as he march down the streets. Ever since meeting the Blood Tyrant, his life changed for the better.

Dabi no longer felt neglected, no longer felt lost. Izuku acted like a younger brother to Dabi when they are off "work". They would laugh and play, have a good time in general. They understood each other since they both told each other their past.

Sky high red flames suddenly erupted infront of Dabi. The red flames countered his blue flames, both colliding and causing a massive explosion.

He knew too well what or who that was. The red flames to him symbolises his hatred and anger. It was his father, Endeavour.

The goons immediately scatter at the sight of the number 2 hero. They ran away, without turning back, since they knew the consequences if they fought the number 2.

Dabi just stood there, staring at him, as he stares back.

Endeavour: Dabi! Your chaos and destruction stops here!

Dabi clicked his tongue at the man. Even with all the signs, he still couldn't recognise Dabi as a Todoroki. This really showed how much Enji cared for him.

Dabi: Oh yea? Time for your ass to die then!

Both charges up their flames as they prepare for a brawl.
