(Sighs another day, another crazy day at the agency.) I thought as I got up and started to get ready for work. I'm known as Agent (Y/n) I worked for Director D for at least 3 years and perhaps might've been slowly getting stronger feelings for my boss funny right. I put my uniform on, fixed my hair then went downstairs to grab something to eat and drink before I left for work. It was sorta cloudy today but that didn't seem to bother you as you grabbed your keys and locked the front door to your house and left to get to work. It was currently 7:35am I don't start until 8am but I don't mind being early to work since the walk to work was quite nice. I usually work on the equipment and behind the scenes of missions for Director D so I was often in one area of the building. I managed to get to work at 7:54am and I walked into the building. I checked myself in then suddenly I hear someone call out my name. "Agent
(y/n) good to see you this morning." Director D says to (y/n). "Good morning Director D Is there a mission you need me to do?" (Y/n) asked Director D to which he responds with "Yeah I have a private mission for you to do." "We have received a hidden message from someone unknown and I need you to decode the message." Director D says to (y/n) who then handed them a file with the message inside. "Thank you Director D I will get started on it right away." (Y/n says to Director D who responds "Glad I can count on you Agent (y/n) good luck." Director D says as he leaves (y/n) with the file he has handed to them. (Y/n) goes to their desk and sits down before opening the file to examine the hidden message. The message is written into a riddle of sorts so (y/n) had to think about it. The message says "My eye sight Is nothing but smoke around me where should I go?" (Y/n) realized that the message was referring to the Eye doctor building. Agent (y/n) gets up from their desk and heads out of the building to figure out the next clue unaware of Director D watching them leave with a nervous expression on his face as he drinks his tea.

======At the Eye Doctor Clinic======

Agent (y/n) was in front of the eye doctor clinic and looks at the message once more confirming that this is the correct area to be at which they were right. Agent (y/n) decided to look around outside of the clinic first before they start investing inside the building. Once they checked around the outside area and are left empty handed they decided to go into the eye doctor clinic to see If they can find anything. As agent (y/n) walked in to the clinic the eye doctor who usually was standing in the corner by the E chart actually was walking over towards agent (y/n). "Agent (y/n) good to see you on this nice day what can I do for you?" The eye doctor says to which agent (y/n) response with "Hello there I was actually looking for a clue as I was given a message in a riddle form to be here for my second clue." Agent (y/n) says to him to which he nods his head and actually hands her a letter. "I wasn't the one who sent you here but I was asked to hand this to you by the unknown person good luck with your mission agent (y/n)." The eye doctor says as agent (y/n) thanks him and leaves the eye doctor clinic. Agent (y/n) opens the letter and starts reading what the new message says. The message was "Congratulations on figuring out the first clue to the puzzle. Now here is your second clue to the puzzle. "Where many people from the sea come and go, near something that never tends to smells great is where your second clue is hiding good luck agent (y/n)." That was the end of the letter as agent (y/n) knows where to go next which is the trashcan near the docks. They put the letter inside their pocket and start heading towards the docks. "Yes Director D they have been given the letter. The eye doctor says to Director D. "Wonderful did you slip up that I wrote the notes?" Director D asked him over the phone while sipping his tea. "No I didn't tell them it was you and I don't think they know it's you so don't worry." The eye doctor says to Director D on the phone as he watched agent (y/n) leaving in the direction of docks. "Wonderful hopefully this plan will go completely smooth thank you again for the assistance." Director D says to the eye doctor as they both said bye on the phone and hung up.

===At the Docks with Agent (y/n)===

Agent (y/n) had made it to the docks and looked around at the view of the sea for a moment. Agent (y/n) suddenly hears a small psst from behind. They turned around and remembered why they were here In the first place for the next clue. Agent (y/n) walks over towards the trashcan and sees it was one of the agents that work for Director D. "I was told to give this to you agent (y/n) good luck." The agent said as they handed agent (y/n) a letter and they closed the trash lid. Agent
(y/n) thanks them quietly and walks away from the trashcan with the new letter. Agent (y/n) opens the new letter and starts reading the third clue in her hands. "I see you found the third clue great work agent (y/n). Now your final clue may require some patience a long with dressing formal. At 6:00pm I'll be enjoy dinner not made by me but by a chef in a building they own. Make sure to tell your boss Director D about this note. Hope to see you there agent (y/n).

Agent (y/n) stares at the letter for a moment shocked expression spread across their face. They immediately shake the expression on their face and decided to head back to the headquarters to tell Director D about the notes but was still confused as to why they needed to tell Director D about the notes.

=======At the Headquarters=======

Agent (y/n) had just walked inside of the headquarters and were in search of Director D who was upstairs looking at the giant monitor trying to not act suspicious around agent (y/n) who was walking up to him. "Hello Director D I have returned with some news on the file from this morning." Agent (y/n) said to Director D who was pretending to not know about the notes. "Hmm I see so they want to meet you at the restaurant at 6:00pm?" Director D says pretending to be confused. "Yeah whats kinda odd to me Is they said in the note to tell you about it kinda of a odd request In my opinion." Agent (y/n) says to Director D with a curious yet confused expression on their face. "Well it seems like you have a date to get ready for as it's already 4:35pm I would consider going home and getting ready but be careful who know what could happen." Director D says to agent (y/n) who nods and says farewell to Director D as they leave to get ready for the meet up unknown to agent
(y/n) was that they have already spoken to the secret admirer many times. Director D sighs as he decides to make sure he was ready to head towards the restaurant as it was already 5:00pm. He knew being early can help him mentally with his nerves and also make sure everything was perfect for when agent (y/n) shows up.

===Timeskip to when agent (y/n) shows up.====

Agent (y/n) who has dressed formally was standing outside of the restaurant they were request to be at from the note. They checked the time and saw it was 5:58pm meaning they weren't late thankfully. Agent (y/n) walks inside of the restaurant as a worker welcomes them in. "Hello there welcome to the restaurant I assume you are (y/n) correct?" The worker says to which agent (y/n) response with "Yes that's me." The worker nods and asked agent (y/n) to follow them to a table and have a seat. At the table there was a candle lit in the middle of the table, a rose on the plate in front of them with a note attached to the rose. Agent (y/n) sees that the note says "Read me" on it to which they grab the note and start to read it unaware of someone slowly walking up toward the table they were at. The note says

"Agent (y/n), For the longest time ever since I first met you I knew from back then to this day my feelings for you grew stronger than in a coworker/friendship way. You know who I am as well as I know you. What I am trying to say Is that I want you to be mine do you accept my feelings?" Sighed, Secret Admirer

You looked up from the letter and saw it was Director D who was in front of you. This whole time he was your secret admirer and in all honesty you couldn't be happier. "So (y/n) will you be mine?" Director D says to you with a smile to which you said "Director D yes I will be yours. You have no idea how much you mean to me." (Y/n) says to Director D with a huge smile on their face as well. They both enjoyed their meal and Director D takes you home from the date. Just as he takes you to your front door he stops you and looks at you. Director D suddenly leans closer to your face and closes the gap between you two with a sweet gentle kiss. You kissed back then after a few moments went by you two separate. "You have no idea how long I wanted to kiss you." Director D says to you as you chuckled and said "Same goes to you Director D." As you to separate you open the front door and said goodbye and goodnight to each other as he heads back to his house with a smile on his face knowing that he finally has you as his and nobody elses he goes to bed with a smile on his face that he simply couldn't remove but let's face it you are just as happy as Director D.
