“Dekh liya ab to aap samajh gye nah ham kyun maar rahe is aurat ko chote malik! Ham ise yahan nhi rehne denge, isne hamare maalik ke pariwar ko badnaam karne ki koshish ki, apne pati ke sath milke ham gaonwalo aur hamare maalik ke pariwar ke sath kya nhi kiya, hamari choti maalkin ko maarne ki koshish ki aur yaha tak ki Saurabh ko maar hi dala.”
“Haan kiya isne galat iski maafi use kabhi nhi mil sakti par kya aap iski jaan le lenge? Are fir kya farq rahega isme aur aap logo me? Agar galti huyi hai isse to uska faisla kanoon lega ham nhi.” Anirudh yelled and Bondita stared him proudly for his stand.
“Wo jo v hame nhi sunna wo sab, ham ise nhi chodenge isne galti nhi paap Kiya hai.” Shouted another villager and he was about to throw stone on her when Bondita came forward shielding Saudamini behind her.
“Thik hai aapko jo v karna hai iske sath kariye par pehle mujhe maar dijiye.” Bondita said confidently.
“Are maalkin aap ye kya keh rahi hai is jaisi aurat ko bacha rahi hai aap,bhul gyi hai kya aap isne aapki jaan lene ki koshish ki, aapke pariwar ke khilaaf saazishein ki aur to aur aapki behen ko vidhwa kiya.” One of the villagers said
“Kuch nhi bhuli hoon Kaka par kya inhone jo kiya iski sazaa unhe nhi mili? Dugga Maa aur kanoon dono ne inhe bahut saza de di hai to fir ham kaun hai ise saza denewale, har kisi ko ek mauka to milna chahiye nah jab wo insaan pehle hi sazaa kaat chuka hai. Kaha jayegi ye? Kaun hai inka? Kya thikana hai? Apne ghar rehna chahti hai jo inka haq hai wo ham kaise chin sakte hai inse?” Bondita defended.
Anirudh was quietly staring Bondita and Saudamini was constantly crying. The villagers were thinking for sometimes quietly then one of them said, “Thik hai chote maalik, choti maalkin aap kehte hai to ham kuch nhi karenge ise par hame zara sa v bharosa nhi is par agar isne fir kuch galat kiya aap logo ke sath to ham bardasht nhi karenge fir hamari baat aapko manni hogi.”
Anirudh joined his hands, “Shukriya par uski jarurat nhi padegi sayad, aaplogo ki tarah mujhe v is par bharosa nhi. Agar isne dobara koi v galati ki to anjaam bahut bura hoga iske liye.”
Anirudh looked at Saudamini and all the flashbacks of what she did with Bondita and killed Saurabh when trying to kill Bondita came into the mind and when he remembered the Hiramandi incident he closed his eyes to control his anger and pain and he made a tight fist and when he opened eyes gaining some control over himself, he gave a death glare to Saudamini.
Saudamini looked at him and seeing his look towards her full of hatred and see cried hard and all the sweet moments of her with her childhood bestie flashed into her mind from their childhood memories to his care and concern towards her after returning. She was feeling so helpless and dejected. She was crying hard.
Bondita was shedding tears seeing both of them, somewhere feeling guilty of all this mess and seperation of two childhood friends. She knew Anirudh still somewhere wants his friend, his childhood companion Mini whom he trusted, could share anything with whom. Bondita felt Anirudh’s pain for Mini behind his hatred towards Mini as Ani can hide nothing from Bondita and Bondita was feeling guilty though it wasn’t intentional obviously not her fault but somewhere she’s the reason of the current scenario. She too was shedding tears with both the friends. Anirudh was trying hard to hide his tears but it wasn’t unseen for Bondita, one who can read his mind, can’t read his eyes?
“BarristerBabu kya ham inhe apne ghar….(she retreated immediately) Roychowdhury haweli leke chal sakte hai? Inhe ilaaj ki jarurat hai abhi.” Bondita asked Anirudh.
Anirudh nodded giving permission and went and sat in car and Bondita brought Saudamini supporting her as she was injured badly and made her sit in the car and she sat holding her.
When they reached RC Mansion, Kaka saw them and was shocked seeing her with Anirudh and Bondita.
“Wahi ruk jao. Kyun laaye ho is aurat ko hamare ghar me? Le jao ise abhi ke abhi yaha se. Ham ek pal v ise ghar me bardasht nhi kar sakte.” Kaka shouted.
Hearing Kaka’s shouting, all came there and everyone was shocked seeing her that too with Anirudh and Bondita.
