Third person POV

In the depths of the mountains in Sun Valley, Idaho the Prodavus (founder) of the Cornix Coven sensed a magical pull she hadn't sensed in over twelve years. Her first born grand daughter of her first born daughter.

She had long ago given up hope of ever seeing that child again. She must seek out her granddaughter.

Sat around a table the dux seniores (chief elders) attended a meeting their prodavus (founder), Adeline, had organized. She wanted to give more responsibility to her grand daughter Althea. Twin sister to the child that was stolen.

Just as she finished presenting Althea to the chief elders she transformed into her crow form.

The Cornix coven consists of witches that are shapeshifting witchcraft healers. They've been around for quite a while but a majority of them spend their time hiding away, not really socializing with others unless it's to heal the wounded or advise to one's aid. The crow witches were mostly feared although from their usefulness, since they could shapeshift into the sign of bad luck, a black crow.

Adeline flew off in search of her stolen granddaughter.

"Comitivus!" (Chief) The chief elders shouted after Adeline.

Althea closed her eyes. Sensing why her grandmother had flown off without a word.

She didn't even spare them a second glance. The elders all turned to Althea. She had been their Chief's sole confidant for the last two years.

"quo dux abiit noster est" (Where has our chief gone?) The Chief Elder of Eboracum Novum (New York) asked utterly confused looking directly at Althea.

"Non potes cognoscere aliquid sibi gravissime expecto. Et factum est scriptor pupa ut iustus iens futurus ei avia et mater eius nollet esse." (You can't seriously expect her to know anything. She was just going to be her Grandmother's puppet like her mother was supposed to be.) Chief Elder of Cestrensi comitatu Anglia (Cheshire, England) sneered in Althea's direction.

The Chief Elder of Viridis Natura Subsidium (Green Mountain Nature Reserve) angrily turned to her. "Quomodo ausus est Adelina loqueris successor illuc?" She shook her head disappointed in her fellow chief elder. She pointed at Althea. "Quod tota summa cum pietáte has puero vitae disciplina dirigitur." She gave Althea a reassuring smile. "Et non sciunt quid faciunt." (How dare you speak to Adeline's successor that way? That child has spent her entire life training for this moment. She will know what to do.)

Althea returned the smile gratefully. She held he head up high. "Scio multis vestrum est scire, perdidit multum dux noster in vitam." She motioned around the room. "Omnes illius sumus participes sunt amissa, ipse omnium maxime." She frowned remembering the lost of her parents and sister. "Et sicut non omnia sensi ut aliquem cogitavi ut amisit." Everyone looked at her intrigued. "Nos autem hanc diem tricesimum differre testimonii." Althea gave the clear order ready to go after her grandmother. "Pro se quisque ex contione ad vos et mittet auxilium Ego statim invenietis aviam quibus potuit idcirco perierunt."
