When Landon and I left Mystic Falls to find our birth mother I figured I'd never see Hope again. And it made me sad to think that way.

So, when we needed help. Real help. I was beyond grateful she had given me the bracelet to track us.

We were hiding out in a cheap motel after a monster found us at Seylah's

We were trying to talk to her. She had lots of questions when she heard someone trying to open the door. She ordered us into the bathroom while she stood behind the door.

When the door opened, we heard Dr. Saltzman.

"I'm looking for Y/N and Landon Kirby."

"And who the hell are you?" She pointed her gun at his face.

We heard some noise then I heard her.

"People that care about them so tell me where they are before I blow your head off." Hope pointed the gun at Seylah.

Dr. Saltzman took the gun from Hope.

"You must be Hope." Seylah grins as Landon and I walk into the room.

We wake up next in a field in the middle of freaking nowhere and no recollection of what the hell had happened. How we had gotten there.

We make our way back to the school.

"Hey y/n can we talk?" Hope asked nervously.

"Sure." I smiled.

I followed her out into the woods. I could sense she was feeling on edge. I could always sense when something was wrong with her.

"Hope. Are you alright? What's going on?"

She sighed and turned to face me.

"I was scared y/n" she frowns

"Why were you scared?" I frown confused.

"Scared I wouldn't get to you on time. Scared I'd lose you." Tears welled up in her eyes.

I pulled her into a bone crushing hug.

"You got me Hope. I'm right here. I'm not going anywhere." I kissed the top of her head since she fit perfectly under my chin.

She pulled away slightly. She looked up into my eyes.

"I got you, but I don't got you." She frowns and looks back down.

I felt guilty. I know she likes me. I know she wants more but can I really do that to my own brother? I know how much he likes her.

I don't know what came over me, but I felt confidence. I want her just as much as she wants me.

I lean in right by her ear. My breath hot on her ear making all her baby hair stand up.

"How do you want me then?" I whisper in her ear seductively.

Yes, it's selfish to want her when he wants her too, but it would be more selfish to try and deny it. It's not fair to me or her.

I felt her tense up a bit but relax as I wrapped my arms around her waist.

"I want you to be mine." She growled in my ear sending a wave a heat straight to my core.

"Make me yours." I said in almost a begging tone.

She pushed me up against a tree. And kissed me hard. She kissed me with so much passion I felt lightheaded and grateful she was there to hold me up.
