Reckless (Hizzie)

You're god sister Penelope helped you cope with your breakup with Lizzie.

I watched as Lizzie hopped in her car and drove off. I just watched as she drove away to be with Hope. Even when she swore she wouldn't. I knew she just wanted to be with Hope.

I laid down on my bed and just let the tears fall. I couldn't believe she just broke up with me. After everything we've been through; I just don't understand how she could do this to me.

I just cried until I had no tears left to cry. I stayed hiding under my blanket. My dorm door opened and in walked my god sister.

"Hey miss mini!" She sounded so happy.

"Hey!" Her voice turned to concerned. "What's wrong?" She rushed to my side and took the blanket off of me.

I looked at her with sad eyes. She returned my sad look wiping my face.

"What did she do?" She said sternly but trying to show that she's not mad.

Always a fail with her. She's too overprotective of me.

"She broke up with me." I looked away feeling ashamed.

"Oh princess." She hugs me tightly. "She didn't deserve you anyway."

"I just know she broke up with me to be with Hope Andrea fucken Mikealson." I spat bitterly.

Penelope took a deep breathe and tried to calm down. She knew how insecure I was feeling when it came to Hope. She's gonna hate Lizzie now more than ever.

"Let me go get us some junk food and we'll spend the day watching movies." She let's go of me ready to head out.

"No." I got up out of bed and put on my shoes.

"What do you mean no?" Penelope asked confused.

"We're going to the music room. I'm not gonna sit in my room crying over her forever."

Penelope smiled like a Cheshire Cat. "You gonna preform the song you write?"

I laughed a little. "Maybe."

It's been about two weeks since Lizzie and I broke up. When I wrote my song it was just going to be for me. Except I kept being told Lizzie was with Hope.

I got confirmation that they we're together yesterday. It hurt so much.

So tomorrow I'm performing the song for the whole school. Let's see how she reacts to everyone knowing the truth. She had told everyone that we agreed we just didn't work anymore.

She said we didn't work anymore. I begged her not to go and she still went. I told her she wanted to end things to be with Hope and she swore she didn't want to be with Hope. She just lied to me cause she was dating her within a week of dumping me.

"You ready?" Penelope smiled at me.

"A little nervous but I got this." I smiled back at her.

"They're ready for you y/n. Good luck out there." Josie gave me a sorrowful smile.
