"Arte naman nito, tinatanong lang naman kita kung kayo na ba talaga ni Laune." The woman that I don't know glared at me before leaving.
"Ang kapal naman ng mukha ng babaeng yun. Kung makaasta siya parang girlfriend siya ni Laune ha." Jennifer just arrived at school and that's what she saw first.
"She probably likes Laune," I said and left Jennifer to go to the clinic.
"Good morning, Ms. Nurse. Can I have a medicine for headache?" My head hurts like hell and I know that I already need to take my medicines, but I won't.
"Umagang-umaga masakit na ang ulo. Oh eto biogesic." Now I know why many students hate the school nurse.
I understand that the nurse is just being careful because many students came here and pretend that something hurts even though they just don't want to attend their class. But it's just that, she's so cold.
"Thank you," I said as I receive the medicine.
I immediately run to my classroom because the bell rang. And thankfully, the teacher is still not in our classroom when I arrived.
"Saan ka galing?" Meiza asked.
"Cafeteria," I lied.
Minutes later, our professor for the first period arrived. She was about to start the class when Laune arrived.
"I'm sorry." The professor gestured her hand to let Laune in.
I don't know if I really saw it or I'm just mistaken, but Laune glared at me when our eyes met. Did I do something wrong? As far as I remember, we are on good terms.
"Right, Miss Vizcaino?" I stood up immediately when I heard the professor mention my surname.
"Yes," I answered and the professor's brows furrowed.
"Are you even listening Miss Vizcaino?" I looked down.
"I'm sorry."
"Physically present but mentally absent. I will let this pass but make sure to answer my question later. Take your seat."
I sat down. I was embarrassed because of what just happened. I wasn't like that, so what's happening to me now? I'm not being myself.
"Class dismiss."
"What the hell is wrong with me?" I asked myself in low voice.
"Something's corrupting you or it can be someone." I looked at Kyendren and he just shrugged.
"I feel so down, shit," I said in low voice. Kyendren looked at me and I raised my eyebrow.
"What are you looking at?" He smiled and then he left the classroom.
Is it recess already?
"Shrynae omg! Alam mo ba na kumakalat na sa page ng school na kayo na ni Laune? Like girl bawal ang magjowa sa school-" I didn't let Jennifer finish what she wants to say.
"And do you really believe that the school prohibited dating in school?" Jennifer laughed.
"Omg so kayo na nga?!" I looked away and saw Laune glaring at me. I mouthed 'what' and he looked away.
What the hell is his problem?

Laune was late. And today, I always caught him glaring at me. The rumor about us is still spreading like a fire in the other sections and our classmates are teasing us. Including our teachers.
