The music video starts at the bus station with Jungwon, Heeseung and Jake standing or sitting together. Meanwhile on the bench next to Jungwon sat Jiyeon with a book in her hands, quietly reading it. As the boys get up to leave Jiyeon stays seated and soon sees a small envelope laying beside her. An invitation to a bloody birthday party.
The next time Jiyeon appears again is by the scene where Niki holds a cake in front of Jake. Here Jiyeon is standing beside Sunghoon, holding a hand on his shoulder. A small smile spreading on her face as she glances to the spot where Jungwon soon appeared. She is however not in the flashback to the 'Given-Taken' MV.
During the first chorus she has a scene in neon lights like all the boys, but is not included in any of the short party scenes that is shown, as well as not in any of the 'Given-Taken' parts. The next time she is seen is standing behind the couch, on which Jake lays upside down. While the camera turns Jiyeon is seen grabbing a glass with a blue liquid and walking off.
during the second chorus she is only seen quietly following after Sunoo through the crowd of people, she is not included in any party scenes like the boys is. As Sunoo sneaks off to somewhere excluded place, where K and EJ watches him disappear to, you can see Jiyeon quickly sneaking ni through the door after Sunoo. Closing the door behind her as she does so. While the clip switches between Sunoo walking down the hallway and Jiyeon following him, it also shows Jiyeon stopping outside a room Sunoo had passed. Her eyes fixated on something in the room before she walks right into it, abandoning her attempt of following after Sunoo.
As the boys all stand in front of the platform with the girl on it, looking up at her, there is a form sitting in front of the girl. As the camera zooms in and films right behind the boys as the girl holds up a glass you can see it's Jiyeon sitting in front of her, kneeling and holding her head down. Simultaneously with when Sunoo pours the red liquid into the water fountain a clip of 'blood' getting poured over Jiyeon's bowed head is shown, before she collapses to the side and a clip of her arm hanging limp over the edge of the platform is shown.
After Sunoo is shown at the fountain that looks to be overlfowing with blood there is afterwards shown a short clip of blood running down of Jiyeon's arm and dripping down to some place that is not seen, before it shows her just laying and look straight up towards a ceiling, no clue to where the blood, trickling down her arm, is coming from.
Once again the last chorus is playing showing the choreography, Given-Taken flashbacks and Sunghoon dancing around in blood. By the end it shows Sunghoon falling down on the ground in all the blood before quickly cutting to the clip where Jiyeon is laying and looking up at the ceiling, with the blood running down her arm. She abruptly sits up and turns her head towards the camera the moment the doorbell rings and it shows the back of a girl standing outside a white door.
