She doesn't want to explain because she'll feel embarrassed. It takes a while for her to tell you about it, even then she wants you to forget about it.

She rarely gets nightmares and if she does, she asks if you'll stay with her forever and not dumb her for someone else. You reassure her that you won't leave.

She wakes you up and asks if you guys can cuddle until she's able to relax and get some more sleep.

Rei has little to no nightmares. It's not a problem though, they know how to recover from one.
