Kim Taehyung

Jennie woke up with her back and head aching. 

"Ughh." She groaned as she tried to stand up, but as she moved she felt her legs and arms pull her back down. 

Glaring at the ropes tied around her limbs she looked around, noticing someone in the corner

"Ryu?"

Ryujin stood up and walked over, a baby blue box in her hand. Jennie recognised the box immediately and her face turnt emotionless. 

"Why do you have that?"

"We need to talk Jennie. About Taehyung"

FLASHBACK

"yeoboseyo, my name's Kim Taehyung and this is my sister Kim Jennie"

"Sup, I'm Kai, this is Lisa"

"Hi, I'm Yeji and this is my girlfriend Ryujin"

Taehyung smiled brightly, stunning everyone with his boyish good looks.

Taehyung and Jennie were arguing again, they all heard it this time

"Come on Jen, just one mission"

"No Tae, you'll be in too much danger. You haven't even healed properly and you wanna go explore unknown terrain? Are you stupid or what"

"I'm not stupid. It's unfair that only you, Kai and Ryujin get to go and I have to be stuck here. It's not like I can help them with the radio's"

"Well learn then. Learn to help them because I swear to god Kim Taehyung, if you don't heal properly"

"What?! What will you do!"

The two exited the room but Jennie turnt around, pinning her brother to the wall as she shook in rage

"No Taehyung! It's what will you do?! You don't understand do you? You have a wound along you stomach, and open wound. That gets infected then what? I've lost you! So before you let your fucking ego and pride fuck with you brain, listen to the people around you and take care of yourself!"

Jennie pushed the boy into the wall before grabbing her shoes and gun. 

No one uttered a word, they had never seen Jennie shout at her brother. She never even raised her voice slightly too him.

Once she had her shoes on Jennie stomped out of the hideout, Kai trailing behind her.

"N-noona"

Jennie frantically shoved the rocks and rubble of her brother, gasping at the sight of his wound. 

It was tore open, blood pouring out of it.

"Shh Tae, we'll get you back, I promise" She cried, tears unwittingly flowing down her dirtied face

Taehyung smiled lazily, as if he already knew what was going to happen

"KAI! KAI COME HERE!" Jennie screamed, applying pressure to her brothers wounds, tears flowing into her mouth

"Noona, i'm sorry. i-"

"Save your energy Tae. We can talk when your better"

Taehyung shook his head gently, holding onto his sister's hand

His hand was cold and clammy, making Jennie cry even harder.

She couldn't save him

"Noona. I'm sorry, I should've listened. Salanghae unnie"

Jennie dropped her head low, as the sobs echoed around the area. 

Kai ran up to them in shock as he saw Taehyung and Jennie crying

Tears began to form in his own eyes, his boyfriend was dying in front of his eyes

"Kai, salanghae" Taehyung spoke, his voice quiet and hoarse, as each word became harder to say

"nado salanghae Taehyung"

"Y-you promised  me Tae. You promised to do whatever it took to make it to the end with me" Jennie sobbed, her face doused in hot tears

"mianhan noona, but this is my end, remember, appa said"

Taehyung coughed heavily, blood splattering onto his chest as he did. Yet he smiled and carried on

"Appa said, everyone dies for a reason. noona, please save us"

Jennie looked at her brother, tears drowning her as she carefully hugged him, not wanting to apply pressure to his wound.

Taehyung hugged back, as tight as he could. 

Jennie moved,allowing Kai to join the hug.

Jennie carried Taehyung in her arms, as they walked back to the hide. 

"noona. S-sing please"

I hear the water drip from the faucet
It's sweetly falling in tune
I'm gently closing the closet and I
Fall to the floor
And crawl to my room
The thought of ending it soon
Just let me sleep in my room

Taehyung quietly joined into the song, a smile splatted on his face

I hear a knock at the front door

I try to look at you
But I can't stop shaking

An empty bed and all of the sheets are gone

By the end of the song, Jennie was sobbing heavily as the approached the hide entrance. 

Kai had his head held down as he attempted to hold back any tears

Jennie looked down at her brother, who's eyes were open, but dull of life. A smile still on his face.

She lifted a shaking hand as she closed his eyes

"salanghae TaeTae"

I buried you where out home used to be. I hope that now, your with mom and dad. 
Please continue to bless us, help us get through this. Because we all know
Happiness came easy with you. Your outgoing personality helped us all forget that we were fighting for our lives. And that was okay.
